Got it this morning and cranked out a pile of patties this afternoon. Perfectly formed burger patties will minimal effort. Non stick as promised. You could spend a while lot more for a hamburger press and not do any better than this little guy. Very easy to clean as well. Would highly recommend.

Made perfect 6 oz burgers. Did not fall apart while on the grill. The wax paper made it easy and was able to stack them. Removing each patti from the stack was easy and did not stick.

THE DEVICE IS GREAT, I BUY 2 1/2 TO 3 POUNDS OF GOOD 90% FAT FREE AND MAKE 8 TO 10 BURGERS. THE PRESS COMES WITH WAX PAPER SO PACKAGING IN SANDWICH ZIP LOCK WHAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE THAT DAY AND FREEZE. TAKES 15 MINUTES.

This handy gadget does work to make uniform burgers, same thickness ensures even cooking. It is difficult (for some) to smash the meat because it takes a bit of muscle, but just use hands to smash the top. The grill marks are aesthetically pleasing, not necessary. Substitute wax paper or parchment paper instead of ordering paper replacements. Pleased with purchase, makes uniform burgers.

This is a great hamburger patty maker....I used it yesterday and pressed out 36 hamburgers! It works great, washes up great, and I loved the fact that it came with 150 patty papers. I put one paper at the bottom, then the burger, then another paper on top and pressed. Nothing stuck, the burgers came right out in perfect form. It seems very sturdy, and should last. I am very happy with this product!

Well, I have to say, I’m really pleased with this burger press! It’s so simple to use, and even my husband, who never has much patience for kitchen gadgets, was able to make nice, uniform burgers without any fuss. The little parchment papers that come with it are such a helpful touch. The burgers lift right out without sticking and they keep their shape beautifully. All you do is put the meat on the bottom piece, press it down, and out comes a perfectly round burger every time. We did weigh the meat to about 1/3 of a pound and it was perfect! What I like most is that the burgers stay together nicely without being pressed so hard that they become dense or tough. They cook up evenly and stay juicy, just the way a good homemade burger should. This is a handy little kitchen tool that makes burger-making quick, easy and enjoyable. Great little burger maker. Use paper on the top and bottom and it comes out very easily. We have made about 100 patties w it so far to freeze and it does an amazing job! We made 1/3 pounders but could probably make half if you didn't push down.

Product looked good, but the patty paper was missing. Hence returned the product.
