Furbo 360° Dog Camera: Basic See, Talk & Toss Features, No AI Alerts, No Subscription Required, Pet Security Cam w/Barking Alerts, Rotating View, Treat Toss, 2-Way Audio, Smart Home Puppy Monitoring

I purchased the Furbo primarily to give my puppy food rewards when she is calm in the crate, and to be able to check on her when we leave the house. It works great for these purposes with a wire crate. I put the Furbo on the floor next to the crate, with the ejection spout centered between two wires. It was well priced during prime day. If I had to pay full price for it, I might look at cheaper alternatives. I am not using the rotating, tracking, or smart alert features of the Furbo. I'm not using its speaker that allows you to remotely talk to your dog. I've heard that some dogs get stressed hearing their person's voice when they are away from home, and I don't want to chance that. I recorded silence for the treat toss sound, so as not to alarm the puppy. I load the Furbo with dog kibble, and set the treat size to "small". The bark alert feature works well when its sensitivity is set to "medium". There are a few false positives triggered by people talking in the house, but if I set it to "low" it misses some barking. I turn off the bark alerts when I am home, but enable them when I leave the house. Although the Furbo comes with few instructions other than the setup guide, it's very easy to setup and use. There is a tutorial built into the app that explains how to use it. I'm not planning to use the Dog Nanny subscription, but it came with a free month of service that was automatically turned on. I found the service to be overly intrusive. It flooded my phone with alerts. Eventually I found the settings screen for the Nanny alerts and turned them all off. I'm not planning to pay for the service when the free month ends. The service might be more valuable to someone who lets their pets roam free when they are out of the house, but my puppy is always crated when left alone. I was nervous about the many negative reviews that complained about Furbo losing Wifi access, but I found its internet communication to be rock solid. Since I installed it, we have had a power failure and an internet outage, but the Furbo recovered from both of those and automatically reconnected. Others complained that their dog was able to remove the lid and steal treats, but the lid on my Furbo fits very tight and my dog is unable to open it. Furbo is a quality and reliable product, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I have had my Furbo 360 for 8 years . It’s my second one and I could not live without it. I have a new lab puppy and I talk to him and. An watch him all day when I am gone. It’s a life saver and if you have a pet and really care about their safety then don’t be without one. Company is Rock solid and customer service is helpful and always available. My first one had a problem and was out of warranty and Furbo replaced it at a reduced price without any questions. Terrific product amazing customer service. Nothing in market compares

I'm a new cat parent and I tested a couple of my friend's cameras before I decided to purchase the Furbo cat and this product is by far the best one. Here's why the cat one is great: 1. The set up was SO easy. One of the products I tested, it took me 20 minutes to figure out how to get it working. I was so frustrated that I had to call my friend to help me figure it out. The Furbo cat, took less than 2 minutes and it was up and running with no issues. 2. The furbo camera is situated up high on the device which makes placing the device much better. I have it on my countertop and with the other devices, I had to put it at the edge of the countertop which made me nervous that my cat would climb up and try to knock it off. The furbo's camera is higher up so I can place it in the center of my counter and still have great visibility and I have less worry that my cat will come and knock it over. There are also little stickers that you can use to keep it even more secure. 3. The picture quality & the night vision quality were the clearest/best from the ones I've tested 4. Having the camera be able to rotate, was game changing. My cat has certain spots that she likes to be and with the other cameras, I had to experiment with several spots in my house to figure out how I can see her but with the rotating camera, I did not have to be as precise with my placement. Also if you have other people in the house, if they accidentally move the camera slightly, it's not an issue. I had that happen with the cameras I was testing and when I went to check in on my cat, I couldn't see anything anymore because they had moved the device. 5. I really like that it has a date/time stamp on the video 6. At regular price, the Furbo Cat is on par with the other cameras I tested price wise. I purchased it on sale which made it a no-brainer for me. I have a lot of friends that have a Furbo for their dog and they rave about it. Now I understand why. I'm so happy I got the Furbo cat!

Works well when it works . . . frequent connectivity issues. Picture excellent, rotation of camera useful, two way communication useful, and treat throwing fun to use.

I recently got a puppy and a kitten- over commitment for sure! But as my kitten is home mainly by himself while I’m at work I wanted to make sure I could keep an eye on him.. I bought two of these, I put one in my living room and one in my office..great product and I love the peace of mind when I’m not home and also when they are both home alone when we got out for a few hours I can see and talk to them... you need to get a very particular small treat for it work right.. but I love the idea of throwing treats to get their attention! Also love that it has night vision!

I’ve been using the Furbo Mini Pet Camera for my cat and it’s been a great addition to our home. The video quality is clear day and night, the app is easy to use, and I love being able to check in on my cat while I’m away. The motion and activity alerts are helpful. Setup was quick and straightforward, just wish we could fit larger treats. Overall it’s a reliable, user-friendly pet camera that gives peace of mind and makes being away from home a little easier for cat owners.

Initially I was excited that I could be away from my pets and give them treats while on long jobs. Have been away 4 times for 12 hours at a time. Twice already the device stops working, once it wouldn’t rotate beyond a 30° radius and wouldn’t eject cat treats. The other time it malfunctioned, it just wouldn’t toss out cat treats. That’s over $200 spent with technically, greater than 50% malfunctioning. Within 4 hours of being gone, on my first try, it just won’t dispense treats, SO for me, this qualifies as junk, a marketing trap and utter crap when trying to tend to my cats while out. I have two cats. I set up each of their profile. Endless notifications that my cats needed soothing and the device did a great job. With my eufy I could see the cats weren’t even in the room they were supposedly being soothed in. Frequent notifications that my cats chewing on something, doing something and when I click to watch the recording, it’s the other cat out there’s no cat in the clip. This camera either is defective or the technology intends more than it is can deliver. Another possibility is it is meant to lure people into spending less up front for the subscription only device, which doesn’t work without a subscription. I was willing to pay the higher cost for the device that works without subscription. Either way, it’s absolutely not worth the cost and I’m absolutely returning it. To clarify for those who think it could be due to poor internet connection, I also have a Eufy and a Wyze cam set up in my apartment and all but the Furbo work. The camera isn’t problematic, just the dispenser and the panning.

Furbo is an amazing product! The picture quality is top notch! And I love getting the alerts on how my fur babies are doing when I am not there! I love Furbo so much that I have 4 cameras throughout my house! I also strongly recommend Furbo Nanny as an add on. You will always know what is happening with your pets! I LOVE my Furbo!!! Get it now and you will not have a single regret! Plus their customer service is exceptional;!

Desde que me han cambiado el turno de trabajo y paso más de 12 horas fuera de casa, esta cámara ha sido la mejor inversión. Siempre puedo ver si mis perros están bien, les puedo hablar, les oigo y lo que más me gusta… les puedo dar golosinas. En mi caso, les doy pienso light porque no quiero que engorden mucho. Recomiendo este producto a cualquier amante de los perros, es genial y proporciona una tranquilidad absoluta.

This is my 3rd furbo product. I have a 7 year old king Sheppard who loves to run from the main floor up and down all day. With the furbo mini 360 I can track hi movements upstairs without having a “Blind spot” the added feature of throwing a treat is so cool! Dog also approves of free treats throughout the day! 10/10 love furbo
