Dyson Hose, Change Over Dc41

Quality hose fits my Dyson animal. Little cumbersome to change but that is only because of the area in which this piece fits. Considering I couldn't find this piece on the Dyson website, this was an excellent value. My vacuum works again. As a note, this is for the handle arm suction.

So, turns out a Dyson hose and a No. 2 pencil don’t mix. Who knew? (Besides literally everyone but my child.) After my kid decided to “help” by vacuuming up school supplies, our poor hose went to that great dustbin in the sky. Enter this glorious replacement: a perfect fit for my Dyson Ball Animal 2, snapping in like it was custom-made for households full of chaos and questionable life choices. Works so well, it’s like my Dyson forgot it ever had a wooden snack lodged in its throat. Moral of the story: kids will feed your vacuum anything that isn’t nailed down. Highly recommend if your household also runs on broken crayons, snack crumbs, and bad decisions.

For anyone unsure, this part does indeed fit the Animal Ball 2 or UP20, matches perfectly! Confirmed the product came in a genuine Dyson product package and had the Dyson stamps on the part itself. Found a decent repair video on YouTube and I was able to fix this myself, you will need a Torx T8 and T10 driver (not bits) for the repair if you don't already have them. This one is much harder to replace that the bottom hose assembly, but make sure the wheels are kicked ALL the way back when reassembling the vacuum and it will go better.

Item works as expected, but the shipping time is extremely slow, not sure if it is Amazon’s problem or the shop’s fault.

This spare part brought back our vacuum cleaner as good as new. The quality of the material was as good as the original part and it was totally compatible with our Dyson DC-65 vacuum cleaner that we have for more than 10 years.

My wife brought our vacuum to me and said it was broken. We looked at it and started disassembling it to further investigate the problem, we thought it was clogged. Turns out this little hose was basically just a metal spring now, we searched the part through Amazon and found this hose. We were going to buy a new vacuum if this didn't work, but it was perfect! It takes a little bit to take apart, and put back together but once it's done, it works like you just bought it! The only downfall is it sucks up all the carpet in the house 😂.
