Perfect Replacement โ Great Value
Very happy with this purchase. Shipping was fast and the price was great. The quick release plates fit my tripod perfectly. I misplaced my original plate and instead of replacing the entire tripod, I searched for accessories and found this set. It worked out perfectly and saved me money. Great quality and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

High quality replacement parts for my professional-grade tripod... and at a low price!
Oh my, YES! When we moved, I lost the quick release plate that fit my (fairly expensive) tripod. The thought of having to re-purchase the ENTIRE tripod, just for that...? Ugh! Then, it crossed my mind to see if Amazon carried replacements for that lost release plate... and they do! These two are great, though I only needed the one. They arrived nicely wrapped, fit perfectly, work just as well as my original did, and saved me a minor fortune, since I can continue using my high-quality tripod again. Yaayyy for being able to have less blurry photos again, AND for saving more than 90% what it would have cost me to replace the entire tripod!

It makes my Vivitar tripod very useable
I have a vivitar tripod and needed an adapter to use a phone holder this was the ticket. I did have a slightly trip it back almost nothing for it to work and tighten up perfectly. Very happy

Fits this SunPak Tripod
Bought a SunPak tripod at an estate sale but it had no camera mounts. I ordered this product and they worked just fine. See photos.

It didnโt hold on to my camera as expected.
I donโt recommend this item at all. I secured it on to my camera, it was sturdy enough. I decided to move my camera with the tripod elsewhere (not even 5 ft away) to do what I was planning on doing with it and it immediately came off my camera causing my camera to fall off. My mistake for trusting this piece too much. Thank God my camera didnโt break apart but it is acting a bit strange now. Save your money and buy something else. I am very disappointed.

Fits many old 90s Taiwanese tripods which you may otherwise struggle to source plates for
The plate is a snug, wobble-free fit for my Miranda Pro Video I (also known as the Miranda Pro Video 1) tripod, which is a Taiwanese tripod from the 90s. The latch closes fully. It isn't quite a straight drop-in. You need to insert it with one chamfered edge towards the lock, engage the front first, then press the rear down until it clicks into place. Once fitted, it's secure with no play. Considering there are no more Miranda Pro Video I plates for sale (from the official manufacturer) I had to do a lot of measuring to find one which would fit without need for filing. This turned out to be the one.

Non-slip mat on top; small metal loop underneath
This is exactly what I needed. I have 2 tripods where the smaller one has a quick release plate that is 41mm x 41mm. This quick release plate is 100x better because it has a non-slip padding on top and it has a metal loop underneath so that you can use your fingers to tighten the quick release plate to the camera or projector. Both of these quick release plates fit both of my tripods. I did not know that you needed a non-slip padding on top of the quick release plates. My old ones did not and the camera would just turn and rotate while on the tripod. I can definitely recommend these quick release plates. Make sure to measure your plates though before buying these. The smaller one is 41mm x 41mm and the larger (rectangular) one is 43mm x 43mm.

This garbage does fit Zomei Q111 tripods with some coercion & manipulation.
I lost my QC (quick connect) plate for my tripod, a Zomei Q111 tripod. This 2 pack was all that was available on Amazon Australia at the time. I would have been happy to pay more than this cost for just one quick connect plate, if it was a good fit. Alas this 2 pack was all that was available at the time. I was wary of manufacturing differences as the product blurb mentioned a possible size difference. Still it was all that was available, plus it was a 2 pack, so I went ahead with ordering. Both plates needed a lot of manipulation plus a little bit of coercion to successfully dock and mount into place. It took some time & effort to get them secured which entirely defeats the purpose of having a "Quick Connect" mount & plate system. The top side of these plate's which come into contact with the camera is non-gripping, hard plastic and the screw can't be tightened enough to get a firm grip without risking damage to the camera's female thread. Even a modification of sandwiching a bit of cardboard between plate and Canberra, or wrapping a few layers of masking tape/Gaffa tape around the plate would give the camera a better grip on the plate. My camera with this plate had such little grip that every time I pressed a digital button on the touch screen the camera positioning would significantly change. That isn't from depressing a mechanical button that caused the position to change, it's just light, finger tip pressure, enough to activate the buttons on a touch screen. Finally there is the bump stop (anti-rotation pin) which is actually just a nub of flexible rubber. It isn't actually effective for anything aside from being a nuisance. It wasn't a hard, plastic nub on a spring which does effectively either lock into place or gets depressed and retracts out of the way. On this plate that flexible, rubber nib actually bent underneath the camera as I was screwing the camera onto the plate, the rubber bump stop (anti-rotation pin) went underneath the camera, bent sideways instead of retracting down into its hole and was forcing the camera and screw together at an angle. I did get the camera semi tightened after manually making certain that the nib had been finger pushed into retracting for each and every rotation of screw/camera. What a bothersome nuisance! Because they can still be useful as an ultra desperate backup, albeit with some modification I'm keeping them in the bag but I am searching for better. This is a regrettable purchase, alas I needed it to help complete a job :{
