Exceptional Quality and Perfect Fit for Garden Cart!
Rating: โญโญโญโญโญ (5/5) I recently purchased the Marathon 4.80/4.00-8" Ribbed Tread Replacement Tire and Inner Tube Set for my garden cart, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The ribbed tread design is a game-changer, providing excellent traction and stability on various terrains. Whether I'm navigating through the garden or hauling materials around, these tires handle it all with ease. The 4.80/4.00-8" size is a perfect fit for my 8-inch wheel, and the installation was a breeze. The fact that this set includes both the tire and inner tube is a fantastic convenience, ensuring I have everything I need for a seamless replacement. The straight valve stem adds to the ease of inflation, making maintenance a straightforward process. What impressed me the most is the durability of these tires. The construction feels solid, and the pneumatic (air-filled) design provides a smooth and cushioned ride. I can confidently say that these tires can withstand the rigors of regular use in the garden without compromising on performance. The Marathon brand has always been synonymous with quality in my experience, and this tire and tube set is no exception. The attention to detail and the precision in design reflect the manufacturer's commitment to delivering a reliable product for lawn and garden enthusiasts. In terms of value for money, this set is competitively priced for the quality it offers. It's a small investment that significantly improves the functionality and longevity of my garden cart. I highly recommend the Marathon 4.80/4.00-8" Ribbed Tread Replacement Tire and Inner Tube Set to anyone in need of a reliable and durable solution for their wheelbarrow, garden cart, or lawn and garden equipment. It's a purchase you won't regret!

A Cheap Fix
A nice purchase for an old wheelbarrow. The quality is very good and it helped to give this machine some new life. After installation, no leakage was present and the wheel provided great traction over both uneven and flat terrain. I would highly recommend this seller.

Good for the Price
I bought this to replace one of the wheels on my double tire wheelbarrow. I don't like the treads at all. My factory tires had nice nobs on them but the replacement tire served it's purpose and the price was nice. Unlike other reviews I had absolutely no problem removing the old tire and the new one slipped right on. One guy said he had to cut off the old tire? I think he just doesn't know how to take off a tire. lol. I thought the rough cut of the rubber around the rim was bad until I took off the factory tire and realized it was much much worse (you don't see it once it is on). So I'm happy with the product and it is holding up just fine. Would recommend.

just as i ordered. good value. easier to use than trying to put inner tube in what you have. just slip new one on.

Has held air for months and carried heavy loads.
It's a little tough to install, but it works great.

Keeps beat up old wheels going a bit longer
The trailer for my lawn tractor is well over 20 years old. I got it at a garage sale a long time ago and it's on its second tractor (I wore out the first one). It doesn't get a lot of use, but when I DO use it I'm not gentle with it. It moves firewood, brush, pavers, stones... whatever it needs to move, and all of it is heavy. After years of hard use and a life in the rain and snow, it's showing its age. The wheels on it are pitted enough that a tubeless tire won't hold air, but the cost of new wheels and tires is too much to justify for a trailer that's probably on its last legs. In other words, I needed tubes and tires. For the use this thing gets, I figured anything round that holds air would be good enough. Each tire/tube in this set cost less than $15, which is about as cheap as I could find anywhere. They were at my house a couple of days later. Installation was a bit of a fight but not bad. I usually seat one bead on the wheel, install the tube, then seat the other bead. I can do the first bead without any tools but the second bead usually requires a pair of large screwdrivers to use as tire spoons. I had both tires installed in about 15 minutes with barely any cursing or gnashing of teeth. I did splurge and buy a container of FlatOut tire sealant: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08X6JSXB8?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Each inner tube got half of the container, then I inflated to 30 PSI (the maximum recommended on the sidewall of the tire). The tires still look round and I didn't notice any leaks. I'll be using the trailer soon so we'll see how it goes. My initial impression is that these tires are OK. They won't last forever but I suspect I'll get a couple of seasons out of them, especially with the tire slime to plug small leaks and cracks. If they last two seasons of moving dirt and rocks around, I will have gotten my money's worth.
