Worth the price
I had in ceiling front speakers and went with these instead. The front ceilings are now height speakers. Sounds great now.

Bright and Clear Sound
I use these speakers in my home office. Sound is excellent for the speaker size. Very happy with purchase.

Great speakers
They work great and won't distortion until the volume is at +15 or +20 Db wich is a crazy amount and you should not take them to that limit. They work great.

Great sound, great price
I finally got rid of my super large ARS speakers that I had for years. While nothing can quite compare with the round sound of huge speakers, these provide plenty of good range and will deliver all that I need.

strong front speakers with room filling clarity
I added the Klipsch R‑50M to my setup as the main left and right channels in a 5.1 system built around the R‑50C center and R‑40M surrounds. The goal was to get a front stage that felt open and dynamic without overwhelming a medium‑sized room, and the R‑50M ended up being a very solid match for that. Right away, the R‑50M shows why it’s the more capable bookshelf option in the Reference Next‑Gen line. The dual 5.25 inch woofers give it noticeably more presence and low‑mid weight than the smaller models, and the updated horn tweeter keeps the top end crisp without drifting into harshness. Music feels lively and detailed, and movie soundtracks have enough punch to make the front stage feel anchored even before the sub kicks in. In my system, the R‑50M blends extremely well with the R‑50C. Pans across the front are smooth, and dialogue transitions feel natural. The extra output also helps maintain balance when the center channel gets busy. Compared to the R‑40M I’m using in the back, the difference in power is obvious, so proper calibration is important. Once I adjusted levels and distances, the whole system locked in nicely, but the R‑50M definitely sets the tone for the overall sound. Placement is fairly forgiving, though giving them a bit of breathing room from the wall helps tighten the bass. They’re not small, so make sure you have stands or a cabinet that can support them comfortably. Build quality is consistent with the rest of the line, with a clean finish and a sturdy feel. If you’re building a front stage that needs clarity, volume, and a bit of muscle without jumping to floorstanders, the R‑50M is a strong choice. It delivers a confident, room‑filling sound and pairs well with the other speakers in the series. With a little calibration work, it becomes the backbone of a very capable 5.1 setup.

Great Bang for the Buck!
These R50 Studio Monitors are worth every penny. One could easily spend a heck of a lot more to get less. Have been a pro audio engineer my entire life. These monitors kick out clean, solid bass and accurate highs. Klipsch did a excellent job designing these monitors. Perfect for smail spaces where fidelity is critical. If you wall mount these, make sure you leave at least a 1.5 inch air gap between the back of the monitor and the wall. These units are sweet.
