Emergen-C Hydration

This drink mix helped my whole family during the massive heat spell that we just went through this past week. The humidity was making us weak, tired and sick... then this came in the mail and we would each drink a serving of it once per day when we would start feeling run down from the high humidity. It refreshed us, cooled us down and gave us our energy back. We are very picky about what we put into our bodies and this was quite natural, sugar-free and caffeine-free, so it didn't bother anyone's stomachs or give us headaches. I plan to keep this on hand always for cases of overheating or leg cramps that can happen from time to time. Also, those of us who usually refuse these types of flavored drinks were willing to try it and actually liked it- score!!!

All I know is that this works for me. I use it when playing tennis and am able to stay active longer than with other similar drinks

Great for hydration and dissolves easily. After drinking it I could feel my cells dancing. The taste is great, I love it when it’s cold and the texture of okay. The sugar content makes it refreshing.

I have been buying hydration packets for a little over a year after having a medical episode. I found these and figured why not? I get the benefits of hydration plus the immune system boost! They do serve the same purpose as other brands I have purchased. The only complaint I have is the taste. Which is honestly on me because I know what Emergen-C tastes like. But for the price point they are just as effective as the other brands. I spent a little less than I normally do and it's super easy to grab a packet to keep in my purse. Overall I would say they are worth it for the price, just don't expect Liquid IV flavor.

I drink one of these day and I swear by them. rebalance your electrolytes and they give you vitamin C. You’re an absolute must.

All the other ones Ive tried are too sweet. When I saw this had only 7 grams of sugar I ordered it. When I tasted it, I found it was juat as sweet as all the others. In checking rhe label more closely, I saw that it also has stevia. Why does everything have to be so sweet?! Too sweet for me. My bad. Ill keep it and dilute it.
