Works well but if you don't have the use of a carpet extractor machine then it is not worth the money. No shop vac or other general home product can really provide enough suction to really use the full potential of this tool. It's effective in it's own right but a good carpet extractor machine on it's own can do a very effective job without this.

Useless for professional use.
Professional carpet cleaners stay away. This thing will crack upon use. Only lasted for about 6 jobs.
