I love Green Pans! I bought a set a few years ago that I use for almost everything. The sauté pan in the set had a scrape/cut in the finish when I received the set, but I was too eager to use my new cookware. I finally got the message that it was not a good idea to use a non-stick with surface damage. Since I use the sauté pan for most dinners, this was the replacement. I was surprised that it is bigger than the original pan, but it’s the perfect size for me! Sometimes I hand wash Green Pan pieces, and sometimes I put them in the dishwasher. The only thing I’ve learned not to do is to add cold water to a hot pan.

I was disappointed when the package said it wasn't dishwasher safe. But I decided to keep it anyway, and I love it. Nothing sticks to it, and it takes just a minute or two to wash by hand, no matter what I cooked in it. I'm about to buy a couple more in different sizes. It says they are dishwasher safe, but I'm not holding my breath. I love them anyway.

Pan is great, very non-stick, never stains. But this model has a plastic handle, and as large as thr pan is, the handle got blackened on the bottom side near the pan on my gas stove. I didn't have the handle directly over the flame. I hope it doesn't weaken and break.

Wanted a good set of pans to replace some cheap aging non stick ones we had. Some of the ceramic has been scratched even though we dont own metal utensils and we hand wash them, i think just from dishes hitting it in the sink. But still a great value and we use them every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Even if this doesnt have longevity, I'd still buy another one to replace it.

Love the size and so far it’s just as good as my other Greenpans!

Pan over all is a huge win. Will be married to thins company. They make great quality pans.

I’ve had this pan for almost a year. I have three Greenpan products. None of them are completely non-stick. I use a low setting when cooking and food still sticks to the pan. They are definitely easier to clean than pans that are not non-stick. I also like the size.

I have a few ceramic pans and this GreenPan Dover 3QT Saute Pan is certainly one of the nicer ones. The handle is welded which means no rivets inside and the lid is not too heavy. The knob on top of the lid is not round, but more rectangular which can be a little annoying when you grab it the wrong way, but it does look nice. The pan is surprisingly light if you are used to using pans by one of the Lons (Circulon, Anolon, etc). The instructions for the pan read that you should use low to medium heat only, but this is ok because the pan heats up quickly. I have not found this to be the case. In terms of coming up to temperature, it takes a bit longer than my Circulon pans. But once at the right temperature, the GreenPan Saute Pan does cook evenly and beautify. Pancakes slip out and turn out beautifully. Eggs slide out as well. Sausage browns well. I love my cast iron fan from Le Creuset, but I am always devastated by how it looks after I use it and the amount of love and care needed to clean it. With the GeenPan Saute Pan, run a soapy sponge around the inside and you are done. Nothing sticks. Overall, I am happy with the pan and I do prefer it to my Teflon pans. Just be prepared to baby the pan as you would any good cookware.
