They work great.
These are my favorite cough drops for when I'm sick. They don't have a medicinal flavor and even though they're sugar-free you don't get that. Sugar-free aftertaste love these beautiful cherry flavor. I just have to stop myself from eating them like candy. Soothes the throat too.

No more dry throat and it’s sugar free.
I purchased these to have in my hospital room for dry mouth while I can’t be eating. They taste so yummy and take the dryness right out of my mouth. They are soft and last quite awhile as long as you don’t chew them.

These are my favorite flavor of lozenge and I was excited to find them in a sugar free version. They taste great, have a nice texture, and keep my throat from getting scratchy when I'm lecturing at work.

taste like sugar
I seldom if ever have a sore throat but I have allergies that cause me to have dry mouth and a bit of a cough. I don't want to suck on sugar in my mouth so these are sugar free and the taste is amazingly good, so good that sometimes I just pop one in my mouth as a treat like eating a candy. Since there are so many in the bag, if you live in a wet warm climate I suggest keeping that bag sealed because they can melt a bit and stick to the paper. Happened on a warm tropical trip; other than that they are perfect.
