My power supply unit comes on for a few seconds and then shuts off What is the problem and how to fix?

Is there any warranty on this product? Mine stopped working after a month of use.

I don’t know about warrant since ours is pretty old but I have had the occasional issue with it not powering on and so I unplug it and wait a day then reply hand it usually starts working again.
