Had a similar Japan product that was the best massager I've found. Had difficulty finding a replacement until this product. Made out of strong material, versatile with many options to use on different parts of the body. Bought the pair.

I purchased the Body Back Buddy Elite Trigger Point Massage Tool (2-Pack Bundle, Black) after having a cyst wall surgically removed from my back. My doctor recommended frequent, intermittent deep tissue massage to help break up and reduce scar tissue buildup, and this tool has been extremely helpful in that process. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to assemble—it snaps together quickly and feels solid right away. The design makes it simple to reach difficult spots on my back and neck that would otherwise be impossible to target on my own. The multiple trigger point knobs are thoughtfully shaped and positioned, allowing me to adjust pressure and angle depending on the area I’m working on, whether it’s a deep muscle knot or a more sensitive spot around healing tissue. The tool is made of very sturdy, durable material, which gives me confidence using firm pressure without worrying about bending or breaking. Having the 2-pack has been especially convenient—I keep one at home and one at work so I can stay consistent with my massage routine throughout the day. Overall, this has been an excellent investment for post-surgical recovery and ongoing muscle maintenance. It’s effective, well-designed, and empowering to be able to perform targeted deep tissue massage on my own. Once I read and used it as directed, I was amazed at the relief it many times gave me. A great product, but would be even better if it were more portable for travel.

Helps reach not just pressure points but places that you can’t reach. Reach parts without hurting, pulling yourself & hurting worse. Very helpful breaking knots, allowing oxygen and better blood flow. I got two. I don’t like to be inconvenienced. This COMES WITH A BIG CHART to show you best way. Tape it on the back of your door. Very satisfied customer. Made in USA, made well, strong, like bull! 😁
