i’ve had trouble doing push-ups and crunches due to the pain in my knees/butt. this super-cushioned pad is perfect and i’m now able to workout better/easier! i feel more comfortable. it’s advertised as 1” thickness and came just a little shy of it. nothing too crazy; it still works for me. i already own a yoga mat, so this supplemental pad is perfect, as i wasn’t looking to buy an entirely new/thicker mat. also, bonus: this pad can fit into my yoga mat bag with my mats!! bottom line: i could only do like two push-ups without this pad; and now i can do a few more (i still hafta do the work!! lol) 😆

I have started doing planks and my elbows were chafing so I ordered this pad and it has been wonderful. the pad is just the right size and is a good quality

My delivery is usually great but today it was delivered to the apartment behind my house So I ended up having to walk behind my house where the 2 apartments is to track my package down but I got it after that I love my cushion so soft and helps the strain on the knees and slip resistant very thick the size is great

I had my doubts on this pad but it turned out to be absolutely perfect in so many ways. I practice yoga and the studio has a concrete floor so even with a great yoga mat, the pressure on your knees can be extremely painful. I grab this pad and bam...total padding. I've started using it for my hands (protect the wrists) and even under my spine when needed. Thinking of ordering a second. The thickness is great and the foam is very forgiving. Kudos.

The pad is nice and cushy. If you have bad knees this really helps doing floor stretches. Only complaint is the bag that holds it while it’s rolled up is very cheaply made. But if you have a place to store it it’s nice to leave it unrolled so it stays flat.

Just exactly what I needed. It works well for my knees during lower body workout or when I'm doing push up burnout and needed to be on my knees.

Our house is very small with a limited work out area - I usually end up doing minor things in our living room which has a rough area rug over the wood floor area. That was very uncomfortable for my forearms. This Yoga Knee Pads took care of that. BTW, to me the product name is a misnomer; I don't do yoga, and my knees will never touch the pad - singular pad, get it?

Su tamaño es muy práctico. Yo lo llevo en mi carry On y el colchón es súper bueno. Lo recomiendo.
