Following a spinal operation and subsequent “foot drop” in February 2025, I purchased these on advice from my Physiotherapist and have been wearing them whenever I am out of my house. They have made a massive difference with regards to walking and stability and find them extremely comfortable to wear. At first I found them a little awkward to fit on my feet but within a few days of using them this became second nature. The quick release clip is great for when I’m sitting at a table or on a bus and when I’m wearing jeans or trousers they are barely noticeable. Please remember if like me you have “foot drop” in both feet you will need to order two. I highly recommend this product as this has been a total game changer.

This has been a game changer for my Husband who has drop foot, he was having frequent falls, but with this he is able to walk more easily, and is getting his confidence back. after visiting the physio the other day, she said this is what she would have given him but that this one is better than the ones they supply. the only thing I can complain about is the plastic splint strips have cracked but still usable at the moment, he is going to try to superglue them to make them last longer. well worth the money gives good support protects the foot from dropping.

Excellent product tried similar products on the market for my drop foot but this is the best fits comfortable and good value for money

I've bought a few foot supports over the years to help with my spinal injury which has given me foot drop. I'd say this product is reasonably good for the money. I've used it daily for six months and it now needs replacing, due to the support bars coming through the fabric of the support. It supports my foot well and can even be used with boots, which a lot can't, it's also easy to put on. The only downside is that the supports bars have come through the fabric as shown in the photos. On the flip side, it's relatively inexpensive but I'd rather have paid more for a better design so that the support bars don't come through the fabric.

It did make my foot feel more secure but unfortunately the strap across the bottom sits on the heel rather than the instep and there is an uncomfortable ridge on either side where it attaches. This ended up bruising my foot as you walk on it constantly. It was particularly lumpy on one side where there was a join in the binding.

Update: Company have emailed to advise that they have sent a replacement product and apologise for any inconvenience with a note to advise them when it is received. Lovely comfortable product does an amazing job. Don’t wear it every day just when needed to to MS. My physiotherapist was impressed with the product and the combined ankle and foot function all in one.Unfortunately after 3 wears the stitching has come away and the strap is loose 😔. Too late to return on Amazon but trying to contact the company for a replacement is difficult no reply to emails product before stitching coming loose. Pros Amazing so comfortable does a brilliant job super supportive. So much more comfortable than physio tried Cons strap came away unable to use

In April 2023, I had a second disc slip in my lower back which caused Foot Drop. I initially borrowed a crutch to help me walk, and then the hospital gave me a huge medical boot to wear to keep my foot in the correct position when walking. (Picture the kind of boot given to someone who has broken their foot/ankle!) In the end I decided to buy this brace as I couldn't deal with the boot any longer! I'm so glad I did as it has enabled me to walk with a much better gait. The reason I have given it 4 stars is because it's not perfect, and my foot does drop a little still (only slightly so don't be put off!) and the strap has started to rub against the tongue on my trainer, but honestly, it's a really great product, and such a good price! I have confidence now to walk without worrying as much about falling over. I'd be pretty stuck without it! I wear it fine with trainers and it doesn't rub my foot at all. It's very comfortable. I also manage to wear it under quite tight jeans which is handy if you don't want it to be too obvious!

after opening the package it looks complex and difficult to put on but now after multiple months of using It I’m completely used to it it fits very comfortable and the functionality is Super I can easily walk with this brace ! It comes with a very handy and clear user manual that contains multiple photos

Just received it and I can confirm this item is very well built for the everyday use. It also comes with separate extenders for the use of either sandals or a longer foot to lace ratio. It hands down beats the expensive items and does absolutely the same results.
