Product description Easy-to-use, handheld machine with built-in bag cutter quickly seals and cuts bags to the size you want to reduce waste Includes air suction hose, (1) 1 gallon + (1) 1 quart vacuum seal bags are microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and boiling water-safe. More than just food preservation: create travel-size shampoos and creams, organize crafts Protect papers, documents and photographs from mildew and water damage Vacuum sealer appliance with built-in bag cutter Vacuum sealer bags 1-gallon vacuum sealer bag and 1-quart vacuum sealer bag Vacuum sealer bags 1-gallon vacuum sealer bag and 1-quart vacuum sealer bag 4 bag rolls Recipe book Review: seal better. - I have had mine for about 4 weeks now. It does not seal everything. Example: lettuces, tomato, bell peppers, and cold stew. Plus I wanted to make different size bags. I could not do that. So I was a little upset about that. Review: Don't waist your money - Once if figured out how to use it it sucks down pretty tight. The instructions are confusing!!! I waisted 2 or 3 bags just trying to figure it out. It works fair if you seal something and put it in the freezer immediately. (Freezes b4 the air leaks out). However looking at items in the freezer reveals it lost some air prior to freezing. Last night I put a pork chop in the bag sucked it down and sealed it and put in the fridge. Went to get it out and it had lost all of the seal. I might as well put it in a zip lock bag.... The way you have to get both edges under the little guide for the vacuum is a pain. When you view the help video here on desertcart it shows you how to seal a potato chip bag.... Really. How about the expensive bags that come with it, that won't hold a seal. Waist of time calling customer service, as they were no help. Another cheap plastic item from China!!!! Beware!!! Fyi desertcart does not take the return so has to go to manufacturer. I won't hold my breath trying to get my money back. Another Chinese product headed for the trash bin!!!!

Nice food sealer
I was a bit hesitant to buy the Power XL sealer based on the reviews, but my experience has been so much better than some of those reviews. As soon as I opened the box I had to try the unit out. Very easy to operate, and my first attempt to seal went super. Now I've used the seal/vacuum feature several times on meat, chicken and other items to keep them ready to use while in the freezer. I would recommend the PowerXL Duo NutriSealer Food Vacuum Sealer Machine

good with minor issues
The Mesliese Vacuum is a commendable addition to my kitchen. The machine efficiently seals various food items, maintaining their freshness up to ten times longer than conventional methods. However, while the overall build quality is impressive, there have been occasional reports of the heating strip melting through the bags during sealing, which is worth noting. This vacuum sealer stands out due to its user-friendly design, including a built-in cutter and five pre-cut bags for convenience. The "Dry & Moist" and "Normal & Soft" modes cater to different food types, making it highly adaptable. The compact size and stainless steel finish ensure it occupies minimal counter space and is easy to clean. The powerful motor supports up to 20 consecutive seals, which is ideal for bulk food storage. A minor critique is that while the machine is compact, it does not feature internal storage for bag rolls, which could enhance its convenience. Despite this, the 12mm widened heating strip ensures a secure seal, and the machine's quick vacuum and sealing times are highly efficient. Additionally, the 5-year warranty provides peace of mind for long-term use. Overall, the Mesliese Vacuum Sealer Machine is a reliable and efficient tool for food preservation, offering excellent value for its price. It’s a kitchen gadget that not only saves money by reducing food waste but also ensures your food stays fresh and delicious. Definitely a nifty gadget for any home cook!

Doesn't work very well
If you are working with something that has any kind of liquid, don't use this. It causes the sensor to not seal the bag. Honestly, I barely use this because it's not user friendly. It's advertised as simple and easy and it's actually quite a pain to work with.

Works Great!!!
I watched a lot of bad reviews, then I watched YouTube videos. I too had a couple of "bad" vacuum seals. When I looked at them closely I noticed I had not straightened the bag properly and had wrinkles causing it not to seal properly. As for the cutting tool, if you place the bag smooth side up it cuts easily. I have had no problems. In short any problems I have had can be put down to user error.

Doesn’t last
I new powerxl sealer - worked great initially. Followed manufacturer operation and troubleshooting steps. The sealer stopped working properly recently. Doesn’t dual seal anymore. Doesn’t vacuum seal food properly. Lost $100 in food because the unit was malfunctioning and I didn’t catch it. Sealed 4 packages of meat and all 4 allowed air to get inside and spoil. Pros: slender design dual sealing Cons: A bit too expensive $$ for capabilities not meant for daily use - over heats and stops dual sealing or vacuuming properly for air free food storage. Doesn’t support 12” bags. This impacts cutting and sealing packages. Over all, started out somewhat pleased but ended very disappointed. I’d like to return it for refund but the date past.

Only lasts just under two years
It was perfect till this year. First I had to hold down the top arm so it could make enough contact to perform the vacuum function about 3 weeks ago. Last night the sealer function no longer heats up. I took careful precautions by cleaning it after each use and stored it in its box. Now it’s pretty much useless after only just under 2 years of light use.

Power xl duo
Very hard to use . Will not snap shut must hold it down. Very hard to get it under the vacuum and when I do it will vacuum but will not seal. Very very disappointing. Will be returning for one that I can use. They made it so easy to use on tv I guess you do not believe everything you see.

a little flimsy -
this seems a little cheaply made - not sure yet only used it 3x so far. I'm not sure it will be very durable
