I didn't notice any special smell on the leather or car.

Will this work on Sensatec "leather"?

In general, BMW leather seating surfaces are leather and others surfaces may be leather or Sensatec. So most of us who have leather seat cars have been putting leather treatment on Sensatec surfaces too. However, BMW describes the product as meant for leather. Have you considered some less expensive products made for vinyl or Sensatec?

I have stock red leather seats in my 328i and it easily picks up stain from my jeans, is this safe to use to remove these stains?

Not sure. This might work if the stain is a surface stain. Seeing as leather is porous, if the stain has penetrated the surface, it is unlikely that this or most any other product will remove it.
