The product started to freeze while using it

We do not think that the product is very robust. The firmware definitely has issues. #1 problem, I cannot connect to new WIFI router as it doesn't support Wireless AX or WPA3. WPA 3 has been out for the last 2-3 years and yet it doesn't support it. Secondly, it was not detecting the HDMI signal. I connected the HDMI from my camera to the device, nothing on display. But the same HDMi works on a capture card or on a TV, but not on this box. So this is an issue. I have noticed something else, the same powerbank cannot charge both the camera and this device at the same time. Because of it's charging circuit, it creates a ground loop which introduces audio noise in the audio recording. Overall this product is expensive and we hoped better performance out of it. The overlay functionality is very limited on this.
