Best wood floor cleaning product , also cleans many other flooring surfaces

We had our red oak floors professionally finished, and they used only LOBA products. While these products may appear pricey, they are of the highest quality and worth the money. I used the floor cleaner with a microfiber mop to get up built up dirt and let the floor air dry. It appeared brand new again. I have used to spray bottle on both the floor and tabletops and have been pleased with both the cleaning power and restored shine. There were absolutely no streaks, and the watermarks were diminished or removed. This is highly effective, and I will continue to use regularly.

Recently had hardwood floors refinished. Wanted to use something that will not damage the Loba finish. Cleans the floors really good, a little goes a long way.

I was somewhat dubious of the reviews and claims. After all, it's just another cleaning product, right? Wrong! Most important thing to know is my hardwoods looked great after I used this. I moved into a new construction about 3 weeks ago. The builder's cleaning crew gets up the construction dust and general flotsam, but getting the hardwoods polished and shiny isn't really in their job description. After some investigation on this product vs others in the category (eg MOS), I bought this one. The recommended dilution factor calls for maybe a couple capfuls in a one liter squirt bottle. It doesn't have much of a smell (which I normally equate with cleaning power) but oh man, did it do the job! My hardwoods look great. I bought a microfiber 'mop' and squirt bottle to help with the application process, and both of those certainly help on the speed to do the job (2000+ sqft). But the star of the show is this crazy chemical. Floors are clean and shiny. The grain really comes through now. Can't RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT ENOUGH - great value. If you have hardwoods...get some ASAP!

I have only used it a few times so far and I feel that this solution works better with my bravajet m6 than the pre mixed and floor type specific Bona solution that us pushed by irobot now. To mix this I simply put half a cap full in the bravajet tank and fill the tank with warm water. Seems to work well for me so far. I like the really mild scent that is not overpowering.

First time buyer and will buy again

Great product, BUT the cap pops off when dispensing, so you put half a bottle in instead of a couple ounces.

It does a pretty good job cleaning both my hardwood and laminate floors. I also had the pleasure of cleaning puke off the floor, twice, because my dog won't stop eating grass when they go outside. No issues cleaning everything up. The floors didn’t feel sticky at all after, which I’ve noticed with some other cleaners. I also noticed how quickly the floors dried. I liked that. It’s a highly concentrated cleaner so you only need 2 ounces for roughly 4 liters of water. Though if your floors are only lightly soiled you could probably drop down to 1 ounce. It should still work just fine. You do need to measure though, this is too concentrated to just pour some in. You’ll waste product like that. It has a really mild scent. I couldn’t pinpoint if it was lemon or something else, but it smells nice. I noticed once you mix it with water it smells totally different from in the bottle. Speaking of the bottles, they’re 32oz and you get 2 of them. Considering how concentrated it is you’ll get a lot of washes out of them. It’s also pretty cost effective in my opinion. One thing to note is the labels are really slick and they almost feel wet. Every time I pick up the bottle I keep thinking it's leaking or something but it isn't. All in all, I would recommend this floor cleaner. It does exactly what it needs to do. It cleans well, dries quick, smells good, and gives a ton of washes.
