How to Connect to Bluetooth? I used to have no issues connecting and now it won’t connect to my laptop.

Could you please make sure to follow these procedures to connect your keyboard:
1/ Slide toggle switch on the side to Bluetooth position. 
2/ Keep pressing Fn + 1 (Not F1) for 4 seconds until the bluetooth indicator light flashes constantly and pair with device named Keychron K10. Or try to pair with other channels by pressing Fn+2 or Fn+3.
3/ Turn on Bluetooth search of your device to search the keyboard and connect.

Question 2

Can you charge this keyboard with a plug-in charger to the wall, while still using it? i ran into this problem with a different wireless keyboard.

Yes you can, the battery ran out of juice on mine and I just plugged in to charge and continued to use it

Question 3

If I use the wired configuration, does it turn off the wireless and Bluetooth completely? My work doesn't like wireless keyboards for security reasons

There is a physical switch to shut off BT and use the cable connection.

Question 4

Does this model have an aluminum frame or plastic? I read throughout the description but found nothing mentioning it.
