These 1in labels pop in nicely to a p-touch machine. They are also quite sticky and work on flat surfaces and mesh surfaces. Plus they are so big that everybody can see them from across a room! I use them in a D600 label maker and it works quite well. Brother has quite a few varieties of labels - from .24in to 1in - and with the right label machine, you can do all kinds of formatting and adding images to your labels. I cannot say enough good things about Brother label machines and their tape.

This label tape is a beast. The white-on-black contrast is sharp and easy to read, making it perfect for labeling tools, storage bins, or anything else in the garage. The adhesive sticks well to various surfaces, and the laminated finish ensures the labels hold up against dirt, moisture, and rough handling. It's a bit pricier than some alternatives, but the durability and quality make it worth every penny.

Excellent labeling tape for my Brother label maker.

I prefer Brother labelers because they are most useful across most interests. Having said that, the quality of genuine Brother labeling tape has never disappointed me. I have personally found that if you put it on a clean surface, it will remain there until someone tries to peel it off. This includes adverse weather conditions. If you need that kind of performance, it's worth the money; but if you're just labeling spice jars, you could probably get away with cheaper labeling tape.
