The Answer to Your Problems
Exceeded my expectations because the magnet is so strong. No longer can gust of wind cause doors to slam.Since floors are tiled, I used the 3M adhesive to secure to the floor but as a precaution I added a bead of silicone sealant around the floor fitting.I installed the screw on the metal door target because the 3M adhesive was being tested by the strong magnet (when trying to pull door off of magnetic bump stop).
