Does this work for taller drivers? I dont want to increase my height in the seat very much, just even out the angle

The foam in this product is very soft and does compress to less that 3 inches. In my car, 2019 FIAT 124, this cushion did raise my seating position slightly. Since my car sits very low the additional height turned out to be an unexpected advantage. I do recommend using a cushion like this for added comfort. I have been very pleased with mine. Does it block sciatica pain while driving?

Depending on your origin of sciatic pain (sitting posture, piriformis, lumbar impingement) it may help, it may not.

How much does it compress? I want a level seating surface. This one has a good wedge height but it appears to compress a lot at the rear.

I had to add a piece of flat wood inside the zipper opening so my cushion doesn't compress anymore. I like the cushion because it's smaller in length than all the others.

What are the clips attached to the back of the cushion for?

It fasten the cushion to the seat so that it does not slide

Hard to use, difficult cause back pain.

Returning and Refund of the product is very difficult. The seller is not helpful at all. Seller will not arrange pickup or refund the money. More than 3 weeks still I am chasing the seller and calling the Amazon helpline for return & refund. Think twice before you buy this product.
