I can tell the difference between these capsules of Sialex and off brand ones. I'm on a lot of different supplements so it's always hard to tell what is doing the trick but this was recommended by my NP and I have complete trust in him.

I have Sjogren's disease and my functional medicine doctor suggested Sialex to help with my dry, itchy eyes. It really has helped me a lot! I'm also wondering if it also improved my digestion issues; hadn't thought of that until reading some other comments here. Like any supplement, it's not an overnight cure and you have to allow some time for the product to work, although I did notice within a week that my eyes didn't feel as dry.
