I bought these due to brain fog and tiredness. I can honestly say that they do give me more focus and slightly better memory. I’m also taking them as a precaution for dementia - if it helps then they are worth every penny. A little expensive but I know the brand is good quality because I have been taking the ashwaganda for quite a while now which really works for me.

I initially bought this because I read that if you take Rhodiola Rosea with Bacopa Monnieri they will have a synergistic effect, and I wanted the Rhodiola for migraines. I feel this product is good value for money, it's a quality product but still not too expensive and it seemed to work well with the Rhodiola for my migraines and so I am going to continue with it, also for its many cognitive benefits! Customer service is very good, they addressed an issue quickly and professionally.

I started taking Bacopa mainly to manage my (mild) anxiety, improve cognitive function and memory. It's been only 10 days but I feel like I'm already experiencing the benefits on some level. I noticed that I fall asleep much easier at night and during the day gives me more energy, I no longer need a second cup of coffee to be ready for the day which is great :) I'm more focused at work, and truly seems to help with anxiety too! This is a much higher quality product than others I compared it to. No other competitor products I could find had 20:1 organic herb to extract ratio and 50% bacosides. I feel that this company really cares that you get a quality product and have the health results you're looking for. I have already noticed increased mental focus since taking it. I even feel more awake in the morning and throughout the day. Love the pretty packaging, too.
