Good & effective
Good, fast and effective, this multivitamin hits all necessary points for support after age 50. I like its minty taste and ease of absorption. I have tried taking it in the morning or at night and both times work for me. No after-taste, no burbs or any stomach discomfort. Recommended!

Too minty but otherwise perfect!
I just started using these vitamins and love them! You truly can take them with or without food and not experience any issues. My only complaint is the mint tab is too strong but I just took it out.

Best vitamin ever...nails are finally growing strong!
This has to be the best vitamin I have ever used! The methylated B has been a game changer for my nails. I have never been able to grow them no matter how much biotin or hair, skin and nails vitamins I have used. My nails always split, bent and were not strong. Now they are consistently growing and they are stronger than ever and I am 64 years old! The methylated B is finally being absorbed into my system. Game changer!

Physician says no to this product containing Boron
Received this product on May 11th starting that day in hopes of health benefits for healthy woman over 50 . I shared the companies details on product ingredients with my Primary physician today . She asked I stop taking it due to containing Boron , research shows it has risk to all humans. Do your own research before buying .

Fishy vitamin burps
Just started taking the vitamins but with so many fishy burps I’m not sure I want to keep taking them.

Good vitamins. But there is a strong fishy aftertaste. I take these at night so I don't notice b it much unless I wake at night.
