The machine stopped working after only about a year and a half, despite being well looked after and properly maintained. It appears to charge, but when you try to use it, it is completely dead - making it useless. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of after-sales support. The seller (First Track) directed me to a repair centre, only for me to be told that the machine cannot even be repaired because the battery is not available in the UAE. Tineco has also refused to assist because the product was not purchased from their “official store,” which is shocking. If that is the case, there should be a clear warning when buying on Amazon. So now I am left with an expensive, unusable machine and no support from anyone. This has been a complete waste of money, and I would strongly advise others to avoid both this product and this seller.

Alright, everyone here is a skeptical person so this is gonna be an honest review. Vacuum feature: I don't particularly care for it. My floors are tile and full of dog hair and toddler snacks, unfortunately this vacuum feature doesn't work for my floors but that's ok. The mop feature? Love it. I haven't mopped my floors in months, don't judge me we have all been there. And when I first used this I thought ah it's white tile floors that you can see dirt on, if it was really that bad I would see it. WRONG. my first tank was g r o s s. The reviews are true you cannot use this machine like a vacuum or a mop you have to go a little slower, but the machine pushes for you all you have to do is hold it. Yes the water tank is small, my house is 3b 2 bath 1400sqft and everything is tile aside from the bedrooms. To clean the main rooms takes 2 tanks. If I want to clean the bathrooms that would require at least 2 more tanks. The good news is that it's so easy to take off and clean and get new water and cleaner and keep on going. I did not time myself in my cleaning so I cannot confirm if this machine does die in 20 minutes. I imagine if your home is larger you might be off put by this product due to how many times you need to fill the tank and the run time. I love that it's very simple to take apart and clean, very minimal clean up time afterwards. If you are picky about the roller brush being dirty I suggest buying extra. It takes about 2 days for the roller to fully dry and it only comes with 2. It also comes with 2 smaller bottles of cleaner, but only requires 1 cap full per tank. The ONLY downfall I have found is the output tube for floor cleaning has dog hair residue that cannot even be cleaned with the self cleaning option. I'm not sure how I'm going to feel about that later on or if it will cause any issues. This really is a good buy, it's lightweight, effective and simple. The best helper I ever had to clean the house. Do a deep clean, even take the tiny grains of sand. It struggles to get the corners, and it cannot be used to clean under the bed or other furniture. Still, I consider it the best cleaning buy I ever had. It vacuums and cleans with water at the same time, so if you are allergic like I am, no worries, because the dust goes into a chamber with water. It considerable speed the cleaning process and increases its efficiency because the floor will stay cleaner than with other tools. It sweeps and cleans at the same time, which is wonderful. Just be aware of the roller. If you are going to be using it every day, it gets wet and will smell terrible because it will never dry. So, in my experience, either you use it every other day, to give it time to completely dry, or you have to storage outside after cleaning, as I do, on my balcony. Great buy, it changed my life.
