I already knew about the health benefits of grounding but I don’t really make time to put my feet in the dirt. I have had a grounding mat under my desk at work that I put my feet on regularly (a different brand), but I recently ordered these so I could practice grounding at home. I liked the idea of the wristband. It seemed more convenient than a mat, which forces you to stay still (a problem for me). I have worn the wristband while sleeping for the last two nights. My sleep tracker has shown me to be in deep sleep for around two hours for the past two nights, which was very unusual for me. This morning I realized that I wake up with no pain in my hands. Every morning for a while I have not been able to make a fist immediately after waking. However, the past two mornings have been pain free. This was unexpected. I was really just going for the unseen benefits of grounding. I didn’t expect immediate and noticeable results! My joy about my hands led me directly to the Amazon reviews. I wanted to see if others have had such a great response, just to confirm that I am not imagining things. I started seeing photos of people’s pets on the grounding mats. Of course!! If you have indoor pets, they NEED the benefits of the grounding mats. Their ancestors were always connected to the earth through the pads on their paws. Now, many pets never (literally never) have their feet on the earth. I have indoor cats. They are missing out on all of the benefits of grounding. I felt so guilty for not realizing this before now. Fortunately, I bought the 2-pack. I set up a grounding mat and placed it next to where my cats like to hang out and look out the window. They immediately went to it. This will now be a constant part of my home. I want to provide them a healthy environment. I can’t wait to see how often they spend time on the mat. As I type this, I am spending a leisurely Saturday morning in my rocking chair. I was so impressed with the wristband after wearing it during my sleep that i brought it to my living room and have been wearing it while awake. I am getting tingling sensations in my hands and knees, places I know where I have inflammation and pain due to arthritis. I swear that this is an amazing and confusing feeling. There is no way that this could be a placebo affect since it is benefitting me while I’m sleeping. Also, I have always had a high resting heart rate. When wearing the wristband my rhr is steadily 10 bpm lower than normal. I just ordered another set that will be shipped directly to my mom who suffers from multiple autoimmune disorders which cause her constant pain. I am praying that she feels the relief that I am experiencing. This will not hurt you if you try it, but you could be doing yourself harm by not trying this. I am now thinking that the mat I have at work has a conductive problem. I am going to test it and replace that with this wristband, which is incredibly convenient.

I bought another brand first and then bought this brand also. This brand was the better value as I received more product, 2 mats and 2 wrist bands, for the same price. The mats are longer than the other brand which is also a good brand. However, with this brand I feel like I am having faster results. My particular results are sleeping more soundly and a little more energy. I use it while sitting at the computer or sitting on the couch. The cord is long enough to leave plugged in at one outlet and move the mat all around the room. The wrist bands are comfortable but I occasionally forget I have them on and try to walk to another room. My daughter also bought this brand.

The bracelets work, but it's pretty loose on your wrist even after tightening them. They are comfortable. The mats were smooth and nice to the touch. The length is good, especially when you're having one at your foot and move around a lot. The width is good as well. It fits my feet but for my husband, it's a tad bit small.

Have been sleeping with the mat for about 1 week - I am getting deeper sleep and a lot more REM sleep - I wake up remembering dreams more. I think I'm still adjusting to it- but even though I wake up a few times during the night I'm getting deeper sleep so my energy, focus, motivation are better during the day now. I have significantly less hair loss, hardly any in my hairbrush now which is really unexpected and crazy but has me sold on the mat. I did a full 48 minutes of cardio on my stairstepper while grounded with the wristband - have not been able to do this in 6 months. The thing I like best is my focus and motivation are so much better, and I think this is because of the increase in REM which helps restore the brain. Interestingly, before this I had tried a grounding piece of fabric with alligator grounding clip but it kept waking me up during the night. So I started using this mat and I switched the plug into a socket on a circuit where i don't think anything else is running and have gotten hugely different results. I also blocked some EMFs from areas in my house that I had measured with a smogmeter before and after (wifi router, microwave, walk-around phone base, area next to my bed with tons of plugs in one socket). I used cheap silver insulating blankets for this but tin foil works too. UPDATE: It's been 1.5 years since I bought this. I've used it on and off. I hadn't used it in a few months until about 2 days ago when I decided to give it a go because my sleep has been bad lately. Once again, i notice the stark results of using this mat to sleep on. Suddenly I have strong dreams I remember which means healing REM sleep, and I don't wake up in the middle of the night like I was. I had stopped using it because I got spooked about people saying it gives you cancer. But how can that be with such apparent health results. I'm going to keep using it because it makes me feel so much better. When I wake up, I feel like I should again, like I slept deeply.

I have had chronic upper G.I. bloating, indigestion, pain, gastroparesis, belching, anxiety and troubling sleeping due to this, etc... for a year and a half now. It's put my life on hold. I'm a Biochemistry Major who has spent hundreds of thousands of hours researching, trying everything. Doctors haven't been of much help with this, but I don't blame them either. They've tried their hardest and have shown far more than adequate knowledge in my very specific condition, and in Dunning-Kruger fashion, shown a reserved doubt about their interventions succeeding. Inflammatory conditions are deep and complex, and usually outside of the scope of what a single or few molecules can fix. With that said, this has literally changed everything so far for me. The first day I connected, I felt so unbelievably calm. Since then, my sleep has been better than literally ever. I've never been someone to recall dreams, most nights were more like what I would describe as drowsy blinking, or blacking out. Since I've started, every night has one or two, vivid dreams. I wake up feeling VERY rested and more relaxed than I can remember being for a long time. The first day I started, I was reminded of what normal digestion feels like. Since then, this has actually however gotten worse than before. This is inline with most peoples reactions to such things with chronic conditions, the body is beginning to heal. Research is generally clear that a sympathetic and weak/imbalanced immune system state is the correlate and likely cause of inflammatory conditions, and thus the opposite will be the long term cure but will logically make things sometimes worse in the short run. At the very least, my appetite now matches my crappy digestion now (before I was ravenous), and surely the drastically improved sleep (4-6 poor hours vs. 10-12 amazing!) will all assist in finally fixing my broken and otherwise healthy, young body. Thanks for an amazing product for so cheap. Buying a set for my mother and father.

I'm not one to post reviews, but this one had to be posted. Upon receiving the grounding mat, I checked everything for continuity with my meter. The Mat itself has no continuity between the wire connection and the mat, and what's even worse, the Mat itself has no continuity! Both wires that came with it also had no continuity. The only thing out of the entire kit that had continuity was the wrist bands, but what good is it if the wires that connect to them are useless. If you purchase, please make sure you check everything out for yourself, if not you will get zero benefits!

I bought a grounding mat from the originator of the Earthing movement and was very excited about the results for myself and my husband - better sleep and less pain. When I was going to visit my daughter out of state, I decided to buy another to use while I was there and then I would gift it to her when I left. Because these were decidedly less expensive AND there were two mats instead of one, I thought that it couldn't be much different. I used a grounding rod as I do at home (same brand that I use at home) and checked repeatedly that everything was hooked up correctly. But I did not have the great sleep and pain relief that I had experienced with the brand-name grounding mat. I am not sure why it should be so different but I am returning these and buying the original mats from now on. I do appreciate this company for having a money back guarantee and for its beautiful packaging. This product also does not include a grounding tester and the plug did not fit into the grounded socket (which wasn't a big deal for me since I was using a grounding rod). This product is made in China and the instructions were poorly translated - again, not a huge deal but the company should invest in better English instructions. There really isn't any excuse for poor translations for any products.

I saw a documentary about grounding/earthing and wanted to give it a try since I occasionally wake up with headaches (I have for years). I have slept on this under my sheet for a couple of weeks now and did not wake up with a headache or any other pains while doing so. While that could easily be coincidental… I do think there is growing science behind these mats and our lost connection with the earth. I really was sold on the effectiveness when my 12 year old son was recently battling a case of bronchitis. He had a cold several weeks ago which turned into bronchitis. He was wanting to take NyQuil every night to sleep, but was waking up each morning with the same persistent cough after nearly 3 weeks. Since he had no fever or no other symptoms, there wasn’t much a doctor could do about it other than continue to have him take cough medicine to ease discomfort. I decided to sneak the grounding mat under his sheet the other night without telling him (I didn't want his knowing about it effecting my little “experiment” to test the effectiveness). I’ll be darned, he woke up the next morning with virtually no cough! Again, I imagine some will say it is a timing coincidence and that he was simply just getting better, but I believe this mat played some part in his seemingly overnight recovery. He finally noticed it 3 nights into sleeping on it, lol. This is my personal experience with it, I hope that others have a good experience too! So much better than relying on pharmaceuticals. Medicine plays it’s part in our world and I’m not a quacky “science denier” simply because I don’t like overusing drugs… I have read about the science behind grounding and I honestly don’t see what anyone has to lose in giving it a try :)

Within a short time the tingling turned into aches in my wrists and legs, kept me up all night feeling miserable as if I'm having serious EMF circulating in my body. By the 3rd day, I was in pain and had to leave the apartment to ground myself in the grass. There seems to be only positive articles about grounding mats, so I thought people need to know it's not for everyone. Mine made me sick. I did try other brands as well, they all did the same thing, so it's clearly not an issue of a flawed product. If you suffer from your first purchase, save your money on a second hoping that would work. It's just your body being unsuited for such gadgets.

I love this product. I sleep with it at the foot of my bed every night. I can feel a shift in me. The bracelet is also great to use during travel, at work, or while I am on location. It's great. I highly recommend it.
