I have taking these everyday for a few years. I could only find them at Meijer and they discontinued them. I tried the capsules and a few other brands but nothing could compare to these. I found them here! Thank goodness! It really helps regulate bowel movements! Lol! I had to laugh because I really felt funny leaving a review but talk about my poo! They are awesome!

Love these as a fiber supplement.
I love these! They are very gentle and keep me regular. I was specifically looking for extra fiber and tbh didn’t pay attention that this included probiotics. I have tried all sorts of fiber chews/pills/powder etc. This is my favorite because it doesn’t produce gas and is very gentle. I wish it didn't have artificial sugar because I don’t like the flavor of artificial sugars. But that is my only complaint. I would recommend starting with just one chew a day at first to make sure your body is Ok with it, then add a second only if needed. I usually just take one and every once in a while add the second if needed.

I bought for myself and my boyfriend since we’ve been having digestive issues. For myself, I have gallbladder issues so I was hoping it will calm the attacks until I get it removed since Dr recommend eating yogurt to calm an attack. I started off with 3 and it quickly made me gassy with dirreah. So after 4 days I started taking two a day and so far I’m a bit better. For my boyfriend, for some strange reason he throws up after eating. After going to the doctors and was told everything was fine. just to eat more fiber, so I googled what could help him and I saw probiotics. Since his doctor recommended fiber and I think he needed probiotics I chose to buy this! Lol it’s about to be a week of him on it after day 2 he doesn’t throw up anymore just spits up so hopefully it’ll continue making him better. Kinda pricey since we’re both using them but I figure we waste money on other stuff at least this will help us lol
