I purchased this on a whim because I enjoy a lot of the other Ordinary products. I am not disappointed. The instructions say to use it twice a week and I've had it for about a month now. I can definitely tell a difference in the look and feel of my skin. My friends tease me that I'm "translucent" but I'd argue that I simply have fair skin. I do have sunspots and being 47, I'm determined to at least reduce their appearance. After just a couple of weeks I noticed that my skin is a lot softer and brighter. It usually takes quite a while to see results but I'm floored at this product! I have high hopes that with continued use my skin will continue to improve because of how effective this product is. While the instructions aren't 100% obvious about how much product to use, I fill the dropper and draw lines with it on my forehead, cheeks, and chin area. I then lightly smear it around but I don't rub it in and I make sure that I can still see a layer of the product. Once in a while I do feel a tingling/burning sensation and it only lasts for a moment and it's usually because I've done some hair removal a day or two prior to using it. Overall, application is a breeze and it washes off very nicely. I even once used my white wash cloth and the color came out in the wash! The bottle size looks small but a little of the product goes a long way. After a little over a month of use I'm probably not quite 1/4 through the bottle. For something that is $10, that's a steal! It's definitely worth more than what it costs. If you're on the fence about this product - don't be. BUY IT. I've already gone ahead and purchased another bottle so I have it on hand.

I love looking like a vampire once a week that just feasted on for whatever vampires Feast on you know what I mean it turns your skin bright red the serum is not drying it does go on quick and easy do not have your face wet I learned this make sure you're definitely dry after a shower or before shower before you put this on it stings a lot less or it doesn't sting at all if your face is not wet I leave it on for 5 minutes I get in the shower I rinse it off in my skin has not looked this good in 10 years and I use a lot of products but I love The Ordinary AHA 30% +BHA SKIN peel which is more like a mask than appeal my skin doesn't feel after I use it but it looks healthier and shinier and more glass like even though glass skin does not really exist unless you're born Korean and use Korean beauty which I do a lot of K Beauty and my only other products are usually the ordinary because they don't add products in there stuff that's not necessary they only use what is on the bottle no extra preservatives or nothing this brand is budget friendly amazing spot on . Love this exfoliating formula, leaving my face feeling soft. It helps fade my dark spots and uneven skin tone. The first time I used it was unpleasant. It feels like my face is burning than tingling. But after 1-2 mins, the burning sensation went away. The following use was more torelable, intensity of burning was lesser, more of tingling. I later learned that I shouldn’t use on a wet face (I didn’t immediately apply after cleansing, but my face is a bit damp). From then, I wait for 5-10mins after cleansing (I set a timer) to make sure I give my face time to completely dry. Now, I’m using it 2x a week (Tues & Sat, I call it my exfoliating night) for 3 weeks. So far, I have more pleasant experience. The other thing I love is the affordable price. Unlike other skin care products, it doesn’t cost a fortune. I think I’ll repurchase when I ran out. One imporant thing, do it at night (only) and wear sunscreen every day for better results.

This exfoliating peel works better than any facial scrub I’ve used before. It leaves my skin feeling noticeably smoother and more refreshed without needing any physical scrubbing. That said, it is a pretty strong exfoliant and can be irritating if you have sensitive skin, so I’d recommend being cautious if your skin is prone to sensitivity. Definitely don’t use it when your skin is already irritated, dry, or feeling particularly sensitive, as it may make the irritation worse. Overall, I really like the results and think it’s a great exfoliant when my skin is in good condition. Just make sure to follow the directions and listen to your skin!

Here's my routine; CeraVe moisturizing face wash (the green stuff), the ordinary aha and bha toner (the blood red stuff watered down in a spray bottle, about 6 droppers full to 4oz water, spritzed on and left to dry. No rinsing), Corsx snail mucin serum, Good Molecules peptide serum, good molecules gentle retinal, and Belif aqua bomb Cica cream. And im telling you, I get a rashy acne patch on both sides of my nose/mouth area every summer and this year, after starting this routine, my skin has been so clear! I still get breakouts, but the heal so fast with this stuff! My skin has been brighter too! No sensitive reactions. Like I said, I water this stuff down in a little spray bottle to use like a toner. I was going through this so fast to use multiple times a week since my skin just loves it. So it dawned on me they make this as a toner with other brands but this is the best deal. I use it every night on my face and arms and I haven't gone througha whole bottle of the concentrated stuff in over a month. Vs. Using 2 bottles a month if i used it 3x a week (my arms need it for the bumps!) Anyway, I reordered just to not run out :) love this stuff

When I was looking at skincare products, I was looking for something that could target acne and could also help even my skin time. I’ve been looking at this product for a very long time the ordinary AHA 30% plus BHA peeling solution. I wanted to take time to use the product a few times to see the difference in my face so far I have used it about four times when I first put it on I do feel that very tingling or burning sensation, but it goes away after a minute or two that’s how I feel that it’s starting to work. It’s not a super thick solution so it doesn’t feel super kicked in my face. My face doesn’t feel like it’s hard to move and that’s something that I really like about this product I can say from the first time that I used it till now my skin is definitely made a difference is definitely clear and I would love to continue using this product and look into other products at this app, this is definitely something that I would recommend to. Everybody is very effective. It’s not going to destroy your skin for the size of the bottle. I see that it’s very affordable and I will be buying again absolute 10 out of 10.

Once a week (or as your skin tolerates) is plenty. One important tip: be extremely careful to keep it away from your eyes and mouth because it stings badly if it gets there. If used correctly, though, this is one of the best affordable skincare products I’ve tried. A little goes a long way, and the results make it well worth it.

I really like the texture and the distinct dark red colour of this thick-ish liquid. It didn't really tingle for me upon application and it didn't burn my skin at all. I noticed my skin felt incredibly smooth and looked refreshed right after washing it off. I also really like how it looks on my face hehe >.< A big heads-up: Definitely don't use this on the same night as other strong acids or heavy actives-- especially if you're a beginner or your skin isn't used to strong formulas--as it's quite potent. I've heard it's great for fading hyperpigmentation, so I'm excited to see the long-term results with continued weekly use!

I’ve been using The Ordinary’s “blood” peeling solution for a year now, and I’m really impressed. It gives my skin a fresh, smooth feeling right after using it.
