Great product! I tore my pectoral muscle from the tendon while performing incline bench presses (350lb for reps). I have been in bodybuilding/fitness for over 30 years. I was devastated after the injury. After surgery I knew I needed to find something to help regenerate/repair the connective tissues and immediately went straight to Dave Palumbo the founder of Species. IMO Dave's a genius in his field as I've sought out his professional help more than a few times over the past 15 years. Although I've never met him in person, he has always responded to my replies and offered solutions that worked as opposed to doctors who usually are 'clueless'. I can credit him with giving me advice in the past that quite possibly saved my life, if not at least helped me avoid a serious medical issue. So after learning to trust Dave I came straight to him after my surgery. He introduced me to Arthrolyze. After doing my own research on the product and it's ingredients I began taking the product as prescribed. I'm now 3 months after surgery to connect my muscle tissue to the tendon. My recovery/rehab is going better than what I had expected and my surgeon agrees. I've now been given the green light to more aggressively attack my recovery/rehab in the gym within reason and in increments of course. It's impossible to know how much of my progress can be attributed this product, but after hearing my surgeons surprise with the speed of my recovery I trust some of the progress is due this product. An injury of this type can be devastating both physically and psychologically. I expected the worse but now I have new found faith trusting I can get my body back to where it was previously. This isn't a product one can take and immediately sense a difference. But I have more peace of mind taking this product and will continue to take this product well after my surgery to help with preventative care ~ joint health and tissue repair.

The price of this product on Amazon Prime makes it affordable. This is a premium top-shelf product. I have used various collagen supplements. It's been documented that to receive the true therapeutic benefit of joint healing and regeneration you need total collagen of 10 mg a day. I have shoulder impingement syndrome and micro tears. I am a bodybuilder and after taking the supplement after only 4 days when I do shoulder exercises and bench press exercises my shoulder inflammation and tightness is greatly reduced. I've actually been able to increase the amount of weight and strain I put on my shoulder joints. Dave Palumbo the founder of these products is an ex bodybuilder who's extremely knowledgeable. He has degrees in microbiology and was going to be a doctor until he decided to become a professional bodybuilder. I've used this product it really works! $35 a month is well worth it versus shoulder surgeries .... taking anti-inflammatories, acupuncture...etc.

dave always makes fantastic products.ive used just about every species product at one time or another.i used this product over a 3 month period with 2 bottles.the first 2 months i used only 5 capsules daily.the last month i used the full 10 capsule serving daily.and to be honest i felt the exact same on the 5 capsules daily as i did the 10.i am now using my regular joint formula that ive used for the last 5 years or so and felt no change switching products.this is a good product but i think the 10 capsules daily is a little overkill.and this product can be expensive if used that way.i will continue to use my regular product.

Best I have tried! My joint pain has diminished! This product is different and better then any other similar product I’ve tried! It works! I don’t know how much this product helped in my recovery and healing from a broken 2nd metatarsal, tendon injury and then surgery but I believe it did at some level. If nothing else it’s absolutely helped with joint pain specifically my shoulders and elbows. I lift 6-days/week and am a past competitive bodybuilder so joint and tendon stress/pain is something I’ve dealt with for years. Try this product! Use it as suggested!
