I want to finally leave a review about this. It's been two years now. This dryer is awesome. if you're like me, you have a family that breaks everything they touch. so, for this to last this long is actually a miracle. the first thing they broke was the door latch about 6 months ago, so they had to start propping something up against it to keep it shut and running. today, they finally broke the entire door off. so, i'll be looking for parts today to fix that. So, bottom line: great dryer that lasts a long time even with a family that breaks everything you put in front of them. :D

Update: I’m getting no resolution from Amazon and pilot. Now I’m going to take to TikTok, and to the New York Times—since we are journalists with friends, there. I am tracking my time and the numbers of calls and messages between me and the entities involved. This has been a nightmare. I am a long-standing Amazon customer. I buy hundreds of products a month, and I am on my way out. Enough is enough.

So far, it has worked well. Nice that they deliver to us in the mountains.

Do not buy LG refrigerators or washers. For the last month I have been trying to get my refrigerator fixed and have to buy a new washer that is only 8 years old. With the fridge which is the 2nd one I have had to get fixed. The 1st one the compressor went out and I was told that LG is aware of it and he changed it. The 2nd one broke down the year after I bought. They made us jump through hoops the proceeded to tell me that I need to call a repair guy and they will refund me. We all know how that will turn out. I won't see a dime of it. I spoke to a person in Mexico. How do I get refunded from there. When I talked to one girl she pretty much said I won't see a dime of my repair amount. I figure they will say they only pay a certain amount and the rest will be on me. I have bought 2 of the same refrigerators. One last year and 1 this year. So I figure next year I will be calling them again next year to fix the one I bought this year. They can't get a manager for you. You pay for a warranty but it's hell trying to get them to honor it. How shamefully is that. Shame on you LG!!!!

Dryer works very well, even large loads are dry in under an hour on medium heat. No regrets with this purchase.
