Great faucet and super easy to install if you have the sink out of the counter top. Connections make sense and go together without issue, but pay attention to the flow direction on the solenoid valve. There is a sticker that makes it a little confusing, but the valve body has the flow direction molded into the surface. I like that the manufacturer includes inline screen filters for the supply lines to prevent contamination entering the valve assembly and spray head.We went ahead and bought the AC adapter to stay away from battery replacement. If you choose the battery pack option, the mounting hardware for the battery pack allows you to install the battery option with easy access to change batteries.Absolutely LOVE this faucet! The hands free option is awesome! I did note a few reviews complaining that the temp adjust and water flow rate were not hands free... Really??? Of course not! Mind reading sensors for voice activation would yield a $1000 faucet... Great value if you can get this for ~$220 in polished chrome.

We were so excited for this faucet, but when it arrived the two clips on the battery box were already broken. We decided to install it anyway and to just tape the box no biggie. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. It worked well for about 5 months and then the touch auto fill feature stopped working consistently, and a dripping began from the faucet. Now here we are 7 months later and the drip has worsened and the touch feature completely stopped working. We thought it was the batteries...when we went to replace them the box had cracked and completely fallen apart (see photo). We are so disappointed! We thought we were splurging for the more expensive fancy faucet and it didn’t even last 5 months without issues. Do not buy this product!

The media could not be loaded. Just got it instaled today. So far, it’s working as described. My unit does not have the touch on and off accessory. My plumber said I was better of without it. He said they breakdown often.

I searched long and hard for a touch faucet that had the functionality to be both touch on/off on AND default back to stream at turn on (after spray was last used). This faucet fits that - sort of. Except the touch on feature is awful. Instead of being able to touch anywhere on the faucet (as most other touch faucets do), you can only touch on the little dial, and even then I can't really get the touch feature to work consistently. I am SO disappointed! I literally bought this just for this feature. We previously had a Delta that worked great for touch on/off (so convenient!) but just annoyed me that it didn't default back to stream.This American Standard faucet also does not have a great strong spray functionality, or a very long hose (for a large farmhouse sink). I would have been willing to let these things slide if the touch feature actually worked!The measuring features don't really do much for me, as I tend to use my filtered water faucet when cooking/baking. It just happened to come with this faucet, that I bought only for the other aforementioned features.So basically, this was just a dud for my purposes. So bummed.

Behaves erratic. On and off by itself. Becomes unresponsiveUpdate:Had several issues, today finally had to replace it.The sensor would go off at midnight itself, for long time…. Waste of waterHad an issue with the head sprayer, 5 weeks later got a replacement.Last week got what seemed to be a clog in the water line. Could not disassemble the unit since all connections are inside body of faucet.Needed to buy another one. Switched brands.

Love 💕 it! Before purchasing I did what I always do - read everything “faucet”. Was all worth it. Waited a couple of months to review so here goes: Larry & Moe (no Curly), my Lithuanian plumbers, (not much English), installed it with not too much trouble, once I explained how it was supposed to work, and it’s been sheer perfection ever since! No turning itself on in the middle of the night. No mystery drop in water pressure. No leaks. No drips. And of course it’s beautiful. The chrome finish I chose shows no fingerprints and is a snap to keep to clean. If I could l’d put one in every sink in the house.

I don’t know if this sink is really worth the buy . Love it when I first installed it but sadly after 2 months low water pressure but they do send out parts real quick . They tell you it’s the part inside the faucet but it’s actually the box that hook up to it that goes under the sink and then when you first replace it it still run low pressure until a little while later but working fine now . I had to pay for a plumber to come out twice to install these parts well three including the first install. Plumbers 150 a hour here . That’s like buying the same sink twice with only 1 sick . If you a do it yourself guy this sink would be perfect but if your not handy Like me be cautious
