I just received my foot massager. I clean houses for a living and I am in the process of doing all my customers spring cleans. I have been on my feet 12 hours a day. My feet have been hurting so I thought I would try a foot massager as my husband does not want the duty. My first time using this brand, amazing. My feet feel almost brand new again. The noise level is there but not too loud or annoying. It is big but slips under my chair easily when I am not using it. The weight is surprising light for such a high quality machine. The gold color is beautiful and classy. The power on high is very strong and perfect for my sore feet. I had to work up to level 3. Started on med until my feet got used to the feeling. I just used it for the first time so I do not know how long the machine will last, but it is priced fairly and I am very happy with my purchase.

Review Update - 9/23/25 Bob and Brad customer service emailed and called me right after I left the review. I didnt see the emails or listen to the voicemails for a long time (my fault). When I did finally respond, they sent a replacement unit immediately. We've been using it off and on for a few weeks now and are thoroughly enjoying it. I highly recommend it for the customer service alone. Hopefully this unit lasts a long time, but I'm not too worried. I know they've got my back. Original Review - 3/23/25 Everything is still functional except for the air inflator. Unfortunately, without the air bags, the unit is too roomy, so I can't get enough pressure on my soles. When the unit was working, I didn't get a lot from the toe area. In fact, I wasn't sure how far to shove the dogs into the den. Gnome saiyan? The roller placements weren't entirely intuitive to me. To get the most out of it, I would shift my feet backward and forward between air inflations. It was honestly fine that way. I can grasp how hard it would be to make the thing adjustable to different foot sizes and shapes. Still, the comfort level suffers due to the one size fits all nature. Additional comments: The noise level is not bad at all. You barely notice it. The ergonomics are ok, though I wish I could adjust the angle even more so I could get comfy on my couch. I had to scoot to the edge of the cushion to get in a good position.

This foot massager is truly amazing. Actually, it’s better than I expected. I have a neuroma on one foot and some tingling in my toes, idiopathic, it soothes and relaxes all my muscles, I walk 3-4 miles as exercise every morning by the end of the day I’m usually at around 12,000 steps. My feet feel like they are walking on clouds afterward. I highly recommend the Bob & Brad foot massager. And it helps with the tingling too!

EDIT of the first Review: I am changing my review to "WOULD BUY AGAIN". Although I had a problem with the heat not working on my first unit, BOB AND BRAD sent out a replacement unit quickly while I returned the first. I have kept and am using the second unit. I was looking for massage and heat for Size 13+ feet and now am satisfied enough to recommend the unit. The massage is working and the heat is there on my current unit. When I want the pressure setting, I keep it at 1. Remote works well too. Customer service did contact me via email after my initial review. I had no problem with that and am now doing an edit of that review. Past Review: I would not buy it again. Needed to send the first one back as it had absolutely no heat production in the foot area. Needed one that fits a size 14 foot. The replacement arrived quickly. It seems to be working but heat production is not what they advertise. The shiatsu massage is good, not great. Doesn't go far enough for the arch massage of a big foot. The air pressure and air mode will give your feet a good thorough SQUEEZE, but it can get painful for a size 13 or 14 foot. Need to keep it a 1 instead of 2 or 3. Wish this one was big enough for Size 15 feet to give me a little bit of room to adjust to the rollers.

I've tried a couple different foot massagers, but this is the first product that has lived up to my expectations. For context, I practice muay thai 3 times a week and run about 10-20 miles a week, and my feet often feel sore when I'm resting. I have minor plantar fasciitis in one foot which occasionally prevents me from exercising. I purchased this product on a recommendation (and after good experience with Bob and Brad products such as their massage gun), and I've been genuinely surprised by how much I enjoy it - it has become a part of my daily routine, both before and after workouts. The kneading function helps with my plantar fascia soreness, the air compression and heat help with blood flow, and the remote allows for convenient use without having to bend over to fumble with buttons. It's also sleek and compact enough to easily store away when not in use. I do wish there was a way to customize its 20 minute timeout function (I prefer 30 minutes of use), but that is my only minor quibble. Highly recommended.

This is a great product and I’m using it every day! After getting a different massager from another brand, I sent it back because it did not do any massage or air pressure on toes and heels. This one does! The levels are great and do more than I expected, massage the whole foot, and air pressure all the way to the ankle. The small detachable “foot” that angles it is helpful. All pros! Only one con- The remote needs to be pointed directly at the control buttons and I have to sit up and lean over to do that. Easy enough for me, but for someone with a back problem it may be hard. Still, it’s a great massager that does what it says and seems durable!

It works very well. some people says it does not help their feet, but I have both left and right foot problem for soreness and it resolved both. The price was okay and I would recommend it to anyone have foot problems. I could hardly walk on my feet for long periods of time, but now have no problems walking 4 to 5 miles. The pain went away after 1 week. the quality of the equipment is solid and comfortable. I wear size 13 and have plenty of room inside of the foot massagers.

This foot massager is amazing. The compression is strong without being uncomfortable, and the deep kneading really gets into the arches and heels in a way most massagers don't. The heat feature adds another level of relaxation. I love that you can adjust the intensity levels from a gentle massage or a deep tissue. This is worth every penny.

We use it regularly and the functions are basic but it does the job! No issues so far.

Hallo,also das Massagegerät ist echt top!!! Massiert und knetet beide Füsse komplett durch,man muss allerdings schauen das es von der Fussgrösse passt. Ich habe Schuhgröße 44,und da passt es von der Massage her auf der ganzen Länge des Fußes sehr gut. Denke aber das wenn es schon über Schuhgröße 45 hinaus geht dann ist es nicht mehr so optimal,obwohl hier angegeben wird bis grösse 48. Also eher für Schuhgröße unter 45.

La différence de prix étant minime entre la version qui taille 45 et celle qui taille 48, qu'il vaut mieux directement prendre la grande version. Je taille 44 et la version Large est tout à fait compatible. J'avais acheté leur masseur pour les mains la semaine dernière, et très content de mon achat j'ai donc opté pour le masseur des pieds. La sensation et la technologie utilisée se rapprochent du masseur à mains, on sent que c'est les mêmes propriétaires et le résultat est vraiment à la hauteur. BOB and BRAD c'est un peu cher, mais la qualité de l'investissement est au rendez-vous! Etant sportif, mes mains comme mes pieds sont mis à rude épreuve. Avec ces appareils c'est un plaisir que de soulager toutes ces douleurs post-entraînement :-)

Habe 3 andere Geräte probiert dir aber fast kaum ein spürbare Massage hatten, aber mit diesem Gerät bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die Druckintensität ist gut und mit der Knet-Kombi ist die Massage wirklich hilfreich.
