One filter didn't work at all, and the one that ended up working made water taste bad. We've had these before and didn't have issues. Seller doesn't have quality product. Defective.

Ich habe Purewelle schon seit zwei Jahren und jetzt die schwarzen Filter aus Amerika gekauft...aber erst geht kein Wasser durch und dann beim Trinkwassertest den ich öfters mach fallen die Filter entgültig durch. Kein Unterschied zum Leitungswasser. Ärgerlich

Ich habe mir im Januar 2024 zwei neue Filter als Reserve gekauft. Heute wollte ich die alten Filter gegen die neuen Filter austauschen und es passiert: NIX! Das Wasser läuft nicht durch die Filter - aus welchem Grund auch immer. Rückgabe ist natürlich gerade abgelaufen und Amazon nimmt sich nichts davon an. Kundendienst von Purewell angeschrieben, ich bin gespannt, ob ich überhaupt eine Antwort erhalte. Kann diese Filter nicht empfehlen!
