Using from last 02 months. And it is doing great. I tested it the TDS it below 50. Till now no problem and running great. It has provide a additional filter with candle and all accessories. Just install and use it. However the Installation comes at a cost. Itcost around 500/- , The company arranged the service, but.. I was lucky enough as I have a person residing at my society to installed it for free for me. The water quality is awesome without any smell or bad taste. The sound is not so loud. The outer case is or the product quality is very very good. As fas as I experienced Customer care is responsive and positive.
