I have purchased a couple of these pillow forms. They hold their shape well and the filling stays evenly distributed. They are very comfortable to sit on for my meditation periods. I have purchased covers for them to make it easier to keep clean and secure. They are a good size for meditation.

I like the quality of this pillow insert. The fabric is thick and does not let the filling to poke through it. It has a zipper. It arrived flat in a vacuum pack but once I took it out and shook it for a couple of minutes it fluffed up and it stays fluffy. Make sure to order 1-2 sizes bigger pillow insert than your pillowcase and it will fit perfectly.

It's a good thing there's a zipper on this because I'm going to need to stuff it more if I ever want to use it effectively. This was a huge waste of my money and returning it would cost me half the price of the pillow anyway which isn't worth it. It has no structure and no support and it's very cheaply made.
