Good for red light therapy if you also get some thin sleeping eye masks for under this one, but all depends of your sensitiveness of your eyes. Good quality, you can wipe them with a disinfectant wipe and after with a clean cloth with water or you can wash it but drying it in the sun. Is soft and comfortable not heavy at all, not for me. Good design. I wish they could be made also with protection inside for the red light therapy, like an extra layer instead of buying or using the extra ones I have gotten.

i’ve genuinely never slept better since getting this. like i put it on and i’m OUT. the cushion is my favorite part because sometimes i have lash extensions and this actually lets me sleep comfortably without ruining them. i can sleep on my side, move around, whatever and my lashes are completely fine. also the blackout is AMAZING. it blocks out ALL light, like pitch black, which makes falling asleep so much easier. it really gives that deep sleep feeling. and the fact that it comes with ear plugs?? yeah it’s over 😭 once i put everything on i sleep like a baby. if you struggle with sleep or just want better quality sleep, this is 100% worth it, put my mom and my granny on 💅🏼

I am a longtime sleep mask wearer, and this is one of my top 2 favorites! You can NOT beat the price and the quality is excellent. It stays in place, blocks literally all light out, and is very comfortable. I have purchased two just to have a backup in case I need to wash one or if it gets lost.

The material is soft and on the light to medium weight of eye masks from my experience. The size is not overly bulky, allows for comfortable side sleeping and blocks light. It does add to the quality of sleep when I use it. The color is true to the product photos. While I do not have lash extensions there is space that would allow for them. The clear case that comes for ear plugs is sturdier than I expected and adds to the value. I rated it a 4 star only because of how soft the padding around the eyes is. I'm curious to see if that impacts the longevity of it's performance over time.

This sleep mask is the best. It blocks out all light so I can fall asleep quickly. Strap is strong, adjustable, and not too stiff. Easy to slip on and off. The best mask I've found.

I purchased this eye mask because of that other reviewer who tested like all of the amazon options lol. These work well, I dont have an issue with gaps letting light in. I will note that I have a prominent nose bridge, so I'm not sure how well this fits other nose shapes. The strap is adjustable, so you can adjust the fit as needed. I've washed this with my cold load of laundry and haven't had any issues. Very comfortable and has become a game changer for me at night. I used to wake up like 30 mins to an hour into sleep because I would open my eyes while asleep (for some reason???) and hallucinate/dream spiders were descending upon me. The mask eliminates that problem, which is fabulous. No more spider nightmares, hurray.

A good mask but be careful washing! I loved my mask, it was comfortable and soft, didn’t slip off my face and didn't let light in! Until I washed it a few times… the padding slipped around inside the mask and it was difficult to fix. I ended up cutting a small hole to get inside and fix it but the padding kept slipping around so I took it out entirely. I still use it without the padding and it works and is still soft. I bought it because I had eyelash extensions at the time and it worked well for those. Now it’s a normal sleep mask without the padding. Would probably buy again if I ever get my eyelashes done again, but this time I’ll be extra careful when washing lol!

I love this sleep mask!!! Very comfortable and blocks out ALL light. Also comes with a carrying case and a set of ear plugs (which don't stay in my ears). Would purchase again if needed.

This sleep mask has done me well for about 2 years now. I really like the contoured style of the mask as I disliked how my previous masks made direct contact with my eyelids. The mask fits comfortably and the adjustable strap has maintained its shape ever since my first use. I also appreciate that the strap helps to actually keep the mask on my head as the masks I've used in the past have slipped off of my head midsleep. The fit paired with the contour style truly blocks out all light and is perfect for when I'm sleeping during the day. The carrying pouch and ear plugs were welcome additions however I didn't find much use for them as this mask is strictly for home and I dislike the feeling of earplugs.

I love this mask. Very happy with it, true to its descriptive, block out, comfortable and you can blink in it which is great. Highly recommend.
