I’ve been looking for a vegan D3 supplement and I’m glad I found this one. There are different requirements for the dosage but I am vitamin D deficient. Combined with my multivitamin, I take 1900 IU daily and it’s made a huge difference, especially in my mood. They are pretty much tasteless and small so they are easy to swallow. Good quality for the price!
