Does tonic water have quinine in it?

It does. I found this to be great for an everyday gin and tonic, and just a small amount (1.5- 2 teaspoons) is quite flavorful. If it’s a special occasion or for a guest, I may be more inclined to pull out a more expensive bottle of Fever Tree. If you are buying at the ~$5- $6 per bottle price point, it’s a great deal.

Why can’t i find non-diet tonic syrup for the sodastream?

Many of these syrups are available in non-diet versions. I regularly buy the sugar cola syrup but use only a little to give me a lighter version of regular cola.

Do you have packs of 2 Diet Tonic?

I don't know if they offer 2-packs, but I buy 6-packs. The expiration date was about one year in the future. I've used them beyond the date with no degradation of flavor.

Are there carbs in this

Diet tonic syrup has only artificial sugar. So I think the answer is no there are no carbs, just like diet soda.
