When I bought my first pair, I was looking for a small-profile athletic shoe that would be comfortable enough to walk the streets of New York City on vacation and still be unnoticeable with flare legged dress pants. They met the demands of that trip so well that I bought my next pair once they were worn out. I work out of my house, so find that I am able to wear these with comfortable dress/yoga pants, and a top suitable for zoom every day and be flexible enough to go walk the neighborhood or do a workout at a moment’s notice. And my feet never feel hot in them, even in New Orleans! Oh, I forgot to mention that I put a pair of Dr. Scholl’s inserts in them. Not all shoes can accommodate that, but this one does, and does so flawlessly. It is literally the perfect shoe for every day. If I were going to ask for anything from the On Cloud brand, it would be to go back to using black on the little silver details on the shoe. In some ways, they look better with the silver, but when the shoe is completely black, they really fly under the radar with the right pair of pants.

I bought these shoes in August of 2024. Within 2 months i had a hole in the top of the shoe. This has never happened to me. They fit perfect and i have no idea why this would wear a hole in the top of the shoe. I reached out to the seller on Amazon as well as the manufacturer. I got no response from the Amazon seller. ON basically told me that since I did not buy directly from them, there is no warranty. Just wanted everyone to be aware of quality issues. If you are interested in buying these shoes, i would recommend buying directly from the manufacturer so yo will get some sort of warranty.

First time wearing these at a football stadium and with plenty of walking, never felt like I was wearing for the first time. Feet absolutely felt as on a cloud, pun intended. Worth every penny, very comfortable and easy to put on and adjust shoe strings. Definitely would buy another pair.

I was very hopeful as this was my first set of OnClouds. The left shoe was much tighter than the right and really bothered me. Thankfully customer service was great and we were able to resolve the issue. I feel the quality of the shoe is very cheap for the price. They are very light shoes.

I thought these would run true to size, but I think they run a bit small and narrow. I am a true M 7 almost always in ladies sneakers but these were too small. Also, I was surprised that they seemed rigid and lacked cushioning since they are referred to as "Cloud" sport sneakers. I went with a different brand. I can say that my daughter who's 19 likes the brand, so maybe it's just me but sharing my experience.
