Can the flash be turned off or does it flash with every photo?

See image above. Camera was part of my younger son's Christmas gifts. He is VERY happy with it. The ability to print off his phone is very useful to him. It seems to be a quality product.

Does the battery come with the camera?

There’s a charger cord with it no batteries needed

Is it really just the camera body in the box? No charger nor straps?

There’s a charger cord along with it
