What does 220 OR 314 mean? Which one is it?

I received a “full set” with 314 2 x 3” color swatches. The swatches are not as heavy as card stock-if they were they wouldn’t fit into such a neat little package. All swatches have an identifying code on the back with a hue symbol such as R for red and a category symbol for light shade, dark shade, pastel, etc. There is a little booklet included which has some reference material about how to use the cards. Or, you can just spread them out and look at them to help choose a color palette for a painting.
