This is a good product and at a reasonable price. I take one tablet in the evenings to help me unwind. Seems to work, especially drinking relaxing herbal tea alongside it!

Good quality easy to swallow...
I like the compressed tablet better than the powdered capsule type. These are fairly small fingernail-sized tablets that swallow easily and leave no aftertaste. I'm doing a 5:2 cycle on/off because I heard that taking Gotu Kola everyday can affect the liver. Although, it also benefits the capillaries in the brain as well as neural lymph drainage usually while asleep. Seems to produce a mild calming effect and improves anxiety symptoms. Recommended, as long as your liver is healthy and perhaps try the 5:2 cycling. (5/5) SMK

Gotu Kola tablets
I have not tried these before but have heard good things about them and as I feel rather worn out post covid I am willing to give anything and everything a go to get some energy back. These are delivered in a well designed bottle which is sealed with instructions on dosage printed on the label. Thankfully they are vegan as more and more of this type of product are these days which opens up a whole new potential customer base. Easy to swallow, as I have only been taken them for a few days I cannot say they work but I expect the effects are cumulative so will update if any improvement in my general health occurs.
