I started taking complex mushroom supplements to help with my anxiety, irritability, cognitive performance and general health (I was finding myself sick a lot). Some of the companies only use the stem of the mushrooms during the extraction process for the supplements (it's much cheaper to mass produce using this method), Dr. Danielle's mushroom supplement uses the "fruit" of the mushrooms; and even though the stems still contain a myriad of nutrients and benefits, the "fruit" is where the majority of the mushrooms nutrients are stored. Within an hour of my first dose of Dr. Danielle's I could definitely tell a difference in the quality and the potency levels of her supplement compared to the previous one I had been taking. My energy levels were increased, mental clarity and acuity were increased and I had a general sense of wellbeing that's hard to put into words. I just received my bottle of Mushroom Complex and look forward to feeling better and also know that it'll be good for my history of breast cancer. The capsules have no smell and were easy to swallow and I'm excited about all of the other reviews. The expiration date was also great allowing for up to 3 years, even though it will be finished long before then.
