Very satisfied with this iPhone 13 Pro. The phone works perfectly, the performance is fast, and the camera quality is excellent. Battery life is strong, and the screen is clear and responsive. It arrived in great condition and met all my expectations. Highly recommended.

Phone ie in excellent condition and easy to set up. However the UPS delivery took 3 weeks and has chaotic tracking system. Strongly suggest a different shipping company.

I received the 13 pro June 19, 2024. I started using it on June 24, 2024. The phone came in excellent condition with minor scratches on the side. The first issue i notice. I have an apple charger from my iPhone 11 and when I tried using to charge the 13 pro it wasn’t charging. I tried multiple times but it eventually started charging. I contact the seller about it and I did get a feedback. Poor customer service!! Today June 27, 2024. My battery was at 22% and when I tried to it the battery drop to 20% while the phone was charging. It freeze at 20% for approximately 8 mins and did not charge even though it was plugged in and lightening sign was on the battery icon. I proceeded to check the battery health and it went to 85% to 84% in an exactly 1 week. It is evident that the battery is not good. Either the battery wasn’t good from before or you guys put a bad battery and worst of all sell it as “Excellent Condition” To start with, I was so hesitant to buy from this seller. I should have followed my mind. I upload a video showing where the phone was plugged in and the battery percentage kept going down instead of up. I certain this issue is not new and send you a message and you did not respond. You are BAD Seller!! SHAME ON YOU!! WILL BE RETURNING IMMEDIATELY!!

After 2 months of use the battery from 84% dropped to 78%, I have no problem with the performance, it works perfectly and although it is at 78% the battery lasts the day, but apparently they alter the percentage and don’t leave the real one. The condition of the device came 9/10👍

Was skeptical, reading so many reviews it felt like a gamble, it could be good or bad, but the one I received had 85% battery. Did arrive one day earlier The quality of it was amazing apart from a VERY tiny chip in the back and the sides look lightly scratched(alr gon cuz i put a case on it) BUT THE SCREEN IS PERFECT/PRESTINE, no dents no scratchers Unfortunately they are obviously not new phones, but from upgrading to a problematic X to a 13pro, in amazing condition is def worth a upgrade considering we are currently on iphone 15 models. I will not be sending this phone back for replacement I'm satisfied, charges fast, screen is smooth and everything else has been tested and is running great! I have CarPlay and experienced no connection issues for the first time, thank god

I was a little wary about buying an Iphone from Amazon but this one came to me super clean with 100% battery life and fully unlocked like they said.

This unit came with 86% battery health, which is decent for a model this age

Defected battery. No magsafe and water resistant. The magnet inside is removed for battery replacement but never being put back. No sealing after replacement so it lost the water resistant. The 3x camera keep shaking. Complete waste of time.

!!When buying a refurbished phone on Amazon please use apple diagnostic on ur Mac to check if the phone you got is working every single function before you use it!!! tbh is a good deal for a refurbished phone, I was lowkey scared when it was coming cause I thought I might be scammed. When it came the general condition was like new. Which they was minor tiny scratch on the side of the camera lens, not directly! this is good for someone who wants a cheaper phone and get the deal for a good phone! Although you might not get AppleCare it’s a great alternative. My battery health came in with 83% it might seem less but just keep charging in between 30%-90% and 40%-80% so you don’t drain your battery health. Another thing I like it’s that I can change the battery of the phone from Apple Store ~130CAD still cheap and still be brand new! FR I recommend this!

I’ve had my iPhone 13 Pro for over 8 months now and it’s been absolutely flawless. The 120Hz ProMotion display is insanely smooth and still feels premium every time I use it. Performance is fast, battery life is solid, and I haven’t had a single issue since day one. Cameras are great, build quality is top-tier, and it just works. Honestly, it feels like the only iPhone I’ll ever need. Reliable, smooth, and still holds up like new. I’ve actually tried a friends iPhone 17 pro and it’s only slightly better. I think the iPhone 13 Pro is such a good in between. Having an amazing display while having that fractional cost.

I purchased this iPhone 13 Pro to upgrade from my XR. My battery was at 83% and died too quickly. I figured a phone years newer would have a better battery life. This one did but not by much. It came with 86% battery life. Therefore, it does not last much longer. For $100 I could have just got a new battery. Also, for $100 they could have replaced the battery on the refurbished phone to have it in new condition. The phone itself is in pristine condition and works as it should. I would not recommend against buying from them, I would just strongly urge caution. As always, buyer beware.

Great buy, came quickly and functions as expected. Although I bought the excellent condition (or maybe good) the battery life is down to 77% in one month. Pretty sure it was at 78% when it arrived. No biggie. Also, check if yours has a screen protector when you get it. I assumed mine didn’t and put a new one on top of the one that was already there. It was only in troubleshooting the touch screen’s apparent problematic sensitivity that I noticed lol.

Muy bien producto, llego en tiempo y forma, estética le doy un 9.50/10, ya que la cámara tiene como un pequeño detalle, no afecta en nada hasta el momento, todo lo demás 10/10, viene incluso con un cargador , solo que me llegó un teléfono con 81% de batería, cumple con lo que promete.
