What I love about this product is the fact that while you have one temperature control for the shower, you can control the volume of water in each of the three valves independently and in combination. We purchased this to control a flush mount ceiling rain shower fixture that has three functions: rain shower, waterfall, and mist. This controller allows us to turn on one, two, or all three in combination and at different volume levels to customize our shower experience. We love it sleek appearance which works wonderfully with our flush mount shower head system. The build quality also seems to be excellent with solid brass fixtures. I have no concerns about this lasting for decades.

I got the two valve. I personally love it, but it's very unconventional. The valves are much heavier than you typically see for shower and bath valves and the cover even more so. It's a chunky piece of metal. I like that the temp control valve is pretty easy to adjust, and that it's easy to override the thermostatic valve if I want to. The thermostatic valve does give a bit of resistance when you turn down the temp which is a bit weird. The separate valve controls work perfectly and feel substantial yet smooth. I don't love the 38 degrees marker on it, but it doesn't bother me. It gives the bathroom a bit of a European aesthetic. The setup on this is very intuitive. I do have concerns about maintenance in the event I need to replace elements like the thermostatic valve. And certainly if I want to switch out the entire valve to something more conventional some time down the road it will likely require a replacement of the tile around the valve, but I don't really see that happening. And seriously, this thing is chunky. It feels like it'd survive a lot. The only risk there is there are TINY set screws that hold the valve covers on so I could see myself losing those with some clumsy fingers. Hopefully I won't need to remove it except in extremely rare case LONG into the future.

We’ve owned for three years and one or two write a review after our experience. The diverter seems to be made of high-quality brass and solid materials. It was an easy installation for a plumber and fully functional and work perfectly. During this time it’s beautiful construction consistent with the description. The water pressure and temperature is where as expected and would easily compare to higher end Groehe models. Customer Service was one reason we wanted to post this as they were excellent. They were able to get us out a replacement part in no time and we’re very friendly through email communication and we’re very willing to help. Easily gets five stars.

I bought this three-way shower diverter for the temperature control and to allow all three systems to run water simultaneously. We have been very happy with the product, and it looks classy in the shower. We emailed customer service for a replacement cartridge part, and they responded quickly and are sending the part in the mail promptly. I was impressed with the customer service.

Frustrated!!!! I purchased two of the HOMEDEC 3-Way shower diverter valves for my home remodel. They are physically impressive. They seem extremely well put together. So I installed them in two newly renovated tile bathroom showers. Needless to say they worked fine for approximately two months and now the hot and cold water valve on both units is not working properly. One valve system is not even turning towards the hot water direction at all and the other valve system literally seems to be adjusting itself while the shower is on. I’m Super confused about how that is possible. All of that being shared, I have emailed the company multiple times in hopes to get some type of customer support and unfortunately they have yet to respond to my support request. I have contacted Amazon and they informed me that my exchange window had passed and there was nothing they could do for me. I told the Amazon operator that I thought that was horse crap. Amazon could easily demand that the companies that they sell products for AKA represent, offer customer service on their products and yet Amazon does not. The fact that I installed these two shower valves in my home and neither is working is not good business. I could understand if these had any real time that they had been used but they were installed in early May and we didn’t move in and start using them until June. We are two months in and neither works. That BLOWS! So for the simple reason that the manufacturer, will not even bother to respond to my multiple support request emails, I must give them and this product a 1 Star rating. HOMEDEC will never get my business again. Thanks

I had to search high and low for this product! To do the same thing with separate valves with Moen, it would’ve cost three times more. So I kept searching. Finally I found this. It’s exactly what we wanted - controls for a regular showerhead, rain showerhead, and a hand-held massager. It was a bit tricky for my contractor to install. He had a separate stainless steel mounting bracket fabricated specifically to support the weight of this gargantuan valve, and so that he could mount it between our oddly-spaced studs. The plumbing is pretty straightforward, although we had to add some adapters so that we could use PEX. I also experienced what another reviewer had expressed, and that is the temperature knob is a little stiff when rotating to the cold setting. However it has loosened up over time, and is quite easy to use. I could not be more happy with this purchase. I have not seen another product on the market like this one, and it fit our needs perfectly! I would definitely recommend it!

This is a good looking shower valve that's easy to install. The function and convenience is great. Within a few months of installing it, the temperature control valve failed. I wrote a review indicating such and the seller reached out promptly and resolved the matter. They quickly shipped a replacement temperature control cartridge. It is easy to replace and there's a video of the procedure posted here on Amazon. I would rate their service level as excellent and I will continue purchasing from them. [This is an updated review]

I am a building contractor who bought this product for my own master shower project. I wanted one valve that could perform four functions with max flow when all functions are on. This valve is one of the few I found that had 3/4 inlets. Its design is simple and you can adjust the flow rate of each function! It looks great too! From and installation standpoint... I really like the one piece mounting plate. Make sure you mount on level surface and be careful not to overtighten. We overtightened on install and could not correct once the tile was on. The Homedec support group helped me measure the deflection and produced a new plate at no cost. The finished valve looks great! I was so impressed that I recently bought another two function valve for my guest bath.
