will these work for the ender 5 plus

They are generic for spring replacment, I use them on all of my printers. So yes, they will work on an E5+

where can i get the set that has 1 shorter mount, ive already bought these and sent them back as they where all the same size?

Lol short answer you cant complicated answer is do not buy these stick with the stock springs or a softer alternative. Why? when your nozzle inevitably smashes into or collides with the bed the spring underneath are designed to compress to allow for this and avoid any damage to your printer these silicone socks do not allow that they are a very bad idea and they will offer you no improvement in your 3d prints.

Do you use this on the back screw with the wire loom? Or is it only suitable to replace the 3 normal springs?

Not sure what you mean or are trying to say, but these replace the 4 bed springs on the Ender-3 S1

What way do they go on the printer

They replace the springs under the bed, just unscrew the wheels all the way and the bed will come off, replace the springs with these and screw back up.
