These aftermarket PS3 controllers saved my console. If it was not for these, I would not have been able to use my PS3 again. They connected easily, work smoothly, and feel great to play with. The buttons are responsive, the battery life is solid, and overall they get the job done without any issues. For the price, they are definitely worth it. Super happy with this purchase and highly recommend if you need replacement controllers for your PS3.

They worked fine

these are great controllers. just wanna make a small review no need for a big review on these i’m just gonna say what i think personally in a short text. there good they connected fast. and the feel of the controller is comfortable to play the batter too last me long, and i only will say one draw back on it is that the controller feels super cheap like the plastic is very cheap and it looks made cheap. but i mean other then that its worth its price if you want 3rd party controllers off amazon i just bought it to replace my old dualshock controller i had and it’s not bad for a replacement. if you were looking to buy this product i say do it just becuase there really not bad for the price.

Lite weight and easy to use. Only drawback is reaction time and no button symbols.

Great product

Pros: Charges fine regarding time frame, seems equivalent time to charge. See cons list for charging...qualms. Connection is fine as well once successful. Buttons all do what they're supposed to do. Joysticks are slow - See cons as well for downfall of connection time and controller action. Cons: For Call of Duty (only game I really play with the kids - different CoDs as well) the joysticks are substantially different. Either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. Almost like it goes from a 2 to a 5 in reaction time. Regular OEM controllers work as they should on movement and reaction so it's not user error. Also have had other friends say they had the same issue while playing with them. Charging is fine but the one annoyance is when unplugging or turning off the system the controllers always try to turn it back on like the PS button is pushed. For example, the controller is charging while playing. Use another controller to shut the system down like normal. Instead of the charging for the controller just stopping the controller turns on and turns the system back on every time. Super annoying to have to use these controllers to turn off the system or unplug them, wait for them to connect which takes longer than OEM controllers, and then try to turn off the system like normal. Bought these mainly to have a spare for my 4 yr old to play with while we use the good ones. He doesn't even like it as he notices it moves weird. I love the no symbols (all blacked out) controller look but he also doesn't like that. These are fine to be abused by a little kid but for actual use I'd look elsewhere or just buy OEM. I missed my return window as we didn't use these for a while and then discovered the issue too late.

We've been using ancient, really crappy OEM controllers until it became impossible to keep using them. Since people are trying to sell OEM controllers like they're gold bricks, we found this set and decided to take a chance. Buyer/user experience may vary, but ours operates like OEMs. We've had no issues with sticky buttons or analog sticks. There hasn't been any lagging. They charge fairly quickly and hold charge decently. Ours don't have full button markings, e.g., it has a half-triangle shape where the full triangle typically is on the top arrow button. We don't need the markings, so we think it's cool aesthetically.

I use them on my computer (Windows 10) via the included USB and an extension cable that I already had. So far they've worked with: - GTA V (steam) - Don't Starve Together (steam) - PlateUp! (steam) - Clone Hero - Jamepad (a java development library) - gamepad-tester.com I have no experience with their battery life because I'm using them on PC. My computer can see them as a bluetooth device if I don't use the USB, but I receive a driver error which prevents me from using them wirelessly. Their joysticks and triggers are fairly awful, but they do get the job done. If you need precision, these ain't it. The triggers reach their maximum value long before they're fully pressed, and must be pressed a fair bit before it starts doing anything. It's finicky, and you're likely to get an all-or-nothing response in fast-paced situations. The thumbstick potentiometers are slightly better at giving half-way responses, but overall they're still bad. They will NOT give you a full 360 degrees of rotation during normal use. When observing their rotation on gamepad-tester.com, you will see that they often snap to the 8 main directions (up/down/left/right and the 45 degree diagonals in between). If you keep spinning it you'll eventually fill in the circle, and if you slowly rotate it while playing a game you can somewhat baby it to the angle you want. These controllers will continuously hinder you if you use them for aiming in a FPS. Windows 10 identifies them as Xbox 360 controllers, Clone Hero identifies them as XInput controllers, and gamepad-tester.com identifies them as Xbox 360 controllers (XInput STANDARD GAMEPAD). While connected to Windows 10 they always have the player #1 and player #4 lights lit. You cannot differentiate them based on their light. Maybe it works on PS3 since that's what they're advertised for? I can't test it because I don't have a PS3. My old Xbox 360 Afterglow controller does show its player number, so I know it's possible on PC... but these ones just don't for some reason. I haven't opened either of them up, but I'm fairly sure the L1 and R1 buttons are membrane switches. I like this because tactile switches go bad way too easily. The L3 and R3 buttons (pressing the thumbsticks) are still using tactile switches, but that's to be expected. Overall I'm pleased with the value of these controllers.

Absolute garbage. Under 2 months of minimal use by a 9 year old boy and the controllers right thumbstick is already broken....
