gotta be a die hard Transformer/GiJoe fan
This figure is awesome! I love Megatron and him turning into a hiss tank blows my mind! It’s the perfect 3.75in Joe figure scale! But, this figure comes with flaws. When I opened my megatron out the box I had to snap his leg back into place twice, and installing the BACKPACK IS DIFFICULT! I thought I was gonna break the figure while trying to install the cockpit piece to Megatrons back. The figure feels hollow and cheap. Standing him up is slightly a hassle because of his backpack. His arm cannon is hollow. The transforming process is weird. I would’ve preferred Cobra Commander, Destro, Hiss Driver, Cobra trooper, etc over Bareness. Getting all the negatives out of the way and the difficult installation issues out of the box…this is something you’ve gotta have as a Gi Joe Tranaformers fan especially if the 3.75in era is your thing! I highly recommend buying him if you can get him for a good deal, I wouldn’t over pay as I don’t think it’s worth retail price. I’m happy with my figure!

Great display!
This set has incredible box art that pays homage to classic Transformers and GI Joe designs from the 1980s. It makes this piece looks great next to vintage and modern collections.

Fun concept, poor execution
This is a very cool idea, and it's decent as a display piece, but the actual end product is disappointing. The little Baroness is decent, feels a little lighter than classic 80's GI Joe toys, but not awful. Once it's fully transformed the tank mode is also fine, very solid and serves its purpose. The robot mode is pretty awful, though. Looks good from the front, but from any other angle, it exposes all the issues: Lots of random tank parts hanging off in awkward angles, and lots of hollow areas. The entire gun turret and tank windshield hang off his back WAY to far, making him very top-heavy and difficult to post in any way other than standing straight up. The articulation is very limited, and more in line with a figure from 20 years ago than one from today. All of this would be fine if the limitations were to make it more affordable, but they're charging for this like it's a premium collectable at $90. Would only recommend to someone who loves both Transformers AND GI Joe, and even then, would see if you can get it at a discount.
