I started using this after my grand kids kept passing around a stomach bug and I wanted something stronger than regular detergent. So glad I found this — it’s easy to add to any wash cycle, doesn’t bleach colors, and the lavender scent is light and fresh without being overpowering. Clothes come out smelling clean for days. Love that it actually kills bacteria and viruses, not just masks odors. The 90 oz bottle lasts a long time too, so great value overall. This is now a permanent staple in my laundry routine!

Miracle worker! I cannot believe this actually worked. My son left his XC bag in his locker over the weekend. Think wet towel, sweaty clothes and shoes in a gym bag with little ventilation from Friday morning at 7 until Monday after school 🫣 I can’t even describe the smell. I was hopeful they could be cleaned as his shoes alone were $200! I placed them in our washing machine on the sanitize setting with some of this and voila, they came lot smelling fresh and clean. I still can’t get over it. If you have an athlete in your home, you NEED this!

This product works exceptionally well. I started using it when my mom was living & was in a nursing home. They would put wet clothes in a hamper & it wreaked of ammonia like pee smell worse than cat pee 😳. Once I added this product to my wash routine, the clothes would come out clean, fresh smelling & no signs of stains at all. As a result, I decided to continue using this product for our clothes after my mom passed. I also use it for my grandson’s clothes, who has sensitive skin & is potty training. It works wonders & hasn’t irritated his skin nor allergies, not one time 🤗👍🏽👏. Unfortunately, this product seems to leak EVERY time they send it 🙄. They’ve opened the cardboard square individually packaged boxes they’ve shipped them in to place tape around the cap, only to have it leak or spill down the side (my apologies for neglecting to take a picture before hand)🙄. I chose not to deduct a star from my review because it isn’t relevant to the product’s functionality & productivity, it’s a shipping issue. With that being said, I highly recommend this product as a laundry sanitizer &/or detergent booster for your soiled clothes. If you work out, this works well for removing sweat, funk removal as a result of the gym, strenuous exercises & activities, etc. However, I CANNOT say this product will work if the clothes have set for weeks at a time as I’ve always washed my soiled clothes from my mom within 3 days & immediately with my grandson.

I love this stuff. The smell, the way it makes my clothes feel after they've been washed and dried. My laundry comes out of the dryer softer, a little brighter, and feels cleaner. I also use this on my bedding and blankets every week. My laundry day is Wednesday, today is Tuesday, and my blanket still smells fresh and feels so soft. My boyfriend sweats a lot at night and his blankets absorb it all. Before I used this, I could still smell the old sweat and feel the dirty fibers after a wash. But after a wash with this, the smell is practically gone and feels much cleaner. The directions say to fill the cap to level 1, two times and pour in the softener thing for my top loader. I did that for a few loads, but it just felt like too much, especially for the amount of laundry I put in the machine at a time. I've been filling it up to level 1 and only pouring it into the fabric softener thing once. My laundry still comes out smelling nice and feeling extra clean.

I workout 5-6 days a week and my activewear was starting to hold onto that sour, sweaty smell even right after washing — you know the kind where you pull it out of the dryer and it’s already a little off. Regular detergent just wasn’t cutting it anymore, especially with my newer moisture-wicking stuff. I started adding this to the fabric softener dispenser on top of my normal detergent (not instead of), and honestly the difference was noticeable after the first load. No more of that funky smell creeping back in by the time I get to the gym. It doesn’t have a strong perfume-y scent either, which I actually prefer — just clean, not “flowery clean.” One thing I’ll mention: it’s not a detergent replacement, so don’t expect it to do the whole job on its own. Also a little goes a long way, so the bottle’s lasting me longer than I expected. Only minor complaint is the cap gets sticky/drippy after a few uses. Would recommend if you’ve got workout clothes, kids’ sports uniforms, or towels that never seem to smell fully clean no matter what you wash them with.

I am in a household with 3 members. One of my household members is dealing with a highly contagious fungal toenail infection. Since we share the same laundry it is important that all laundry be sanitized. We’ve done a couple of things in addition to using this sanitizer. Socks are washed in their own cycle and on the hottest and longest setting. We also use Tide Hygienic Clean detergent which helps deep clean and kill fungi. This sanitizer goes in the rinse cycle so we’ve filled the softener reservoir with this sanitizer so it is released into the rinse cycle. I do not know if the appropriate amount is released but so far it seems to be working with the other steps we’ve taken. We sanitize the shower floor after every shower using a bleach spray in addition to removing a shared bath mat (we replaced with a stone bath mat because those are antimicrobial). So far all of these steps combined seem to have contained the infection. These infections are really bad and require 3 month courses of antibiotics or year long courses of topical medications applied twice daily. We opted for the antibiotics in the interest of containing the infection. This infection has been expensive and all around just a pain. We’ve been dealing with it for months and even once it is clear we will need to persist with sanitation methods so there is no reoccurrence. I don’t know if this sanitizer alone would be enough without the Tide Hygienic detergent, separation of socks (dirty socks are kept in plastic garbage bags until they are laundered) and sanitize cycle on the washing machine. The sanitation of the shower multiple times a day is also essential. Towels are never shared. This is a nice alternative to washing and drying everything in the sanitation cycle which is 2 hours long, uses extremely hot water/ heat and would destroy about half of my clothing along with costing a ton in water, electricity and gas. I believe this has at least helped to keep the infection contained to one person in the household. This would also be something I would use if using a shared machine like at apartments or a laundromat. It smells good and it seems to do what it advertises: kill microbes. If you are looking for a way to sanitize laundry, this product seems to do that. I don’t have a lab and obviously can’t check for myself but the proof is in the pudding….nobody else got the highly contagious infection despite sharing the same shower and laundry. My only complaint is that it needs to be released in the rinse cycle specifically and the only way for me to do this is in a front load washer is to replace my softener with this product. I miss my softener and switched to softener sheets. This is likely the one product I will stop using once the infection has cleared because I’d like to use my softener reservoir for liquid softener. But while we have a contagious infection in the house, this will remain in the softener reservoir.

Wow, this was a life saver. My husband is notorious for forgetting his clothes in the washer. About a month ago he left wet clothes in for at least a day and half and then just dried them. The smell was terrible. He couldn't wear any of them, even opening the closet was eye watering. He tried rewashing, vinegar, nothing worked. So I ordered this sanitizer. It was a miracle! The clothes were clean and odor free. Everything smells so fresh I have started adding it to loads of gym clothes and sheets. I enjoy the smell and it saved us having to replace all his clothes!!

Good product. Sanities and refreshes the clothes. Though the amount needed is a lot, so you need to keep buying the product against and again.

The fragrance is too strong.
